  1. The final segment is probably the most frustrating - where I most often found myself thinking to the point of distraction, rather than thinking in time with the film. I initially wondered what it had to do with the bulk of the film. The initial similarity I found is in the two streams. But whereas they seem independent in the bulk - transitioning from one towards the other - in the final segment they are clearly influenced by each other, though it isn't clear what instructions the two voices were given, whether they were meant to form narrative, or make grammatical sense, or if the exercise was purely in word association. But perhaps we are meant to apply this co-influence to the bulk of the film - how does the alphabet affect the other film clips. It took until the alphabet clips had nearly run out to notice they were in alphabetical order (the Ss ending with System and the Cs ending with Cycle). This made sense as I had noticed a few repetitions.
  2. Some of the most interesting film clips:
  3. -beans(?) fall, will they fill the screen (almost, they seem to stop at one point and then resume)
  4. -an orange is peeled, once the peeling is close to completion we wonder what will happen, it is eaten, and the actor finishes eating right around the transition
  5. -a child, this is the actor we see the most of the face of, he's eating something, swinging, ends up being one of the more repetitive clips
  6. -a man paints a wall, I don't recall how far in he was at the start, but he just about finished, this is one of the first clips to come in, and where we start to see that the clips may have narratives
