'Sup, doods!

My entire week was filled with me doing things that left me going 'I can't believe I did that.' As someone who prides themselves on keeping an eye on details that everyone else around me misses, I sure did forget quite a few things. Leaving things behind before work. Overlooking things at work. Forgetting little things to prepare for the last LPS broadcasts.

The thing that had me the most bewildered this past week was my match performance against FFRPro. I never gave myself enough time to warm up for that match. I was never playing at my peak. With what happened to me at the same time as things happening to FFR, that entire match felt like it was taking place in the Twilight Zone. As a result, I am now playing for 3rd place. Best of luck, bfin.

Maybe one day I will get enough sleep every day in a week to minimize the odds of these types of events happening again. Looking at my clock as I type this, today is not that day.

In other news, my treadmill has stopped working. It can no longer turn at the speed it needs to move to haul my fat ass. I am now resorting to my minibike under my desk to get in a workout. My legs don't always get motivated to move in the necessary motion to use it as much as I want to. Other parts besides my legs tend to ache when I use it. God, I hate getting old.

Today's (permanent) extra streaming goals:

Goal #5: script and record footage for my Puzzle League tutorial series. I have some scripts to touch up before feeling comfortable with moving on to recording gameplay. Maybe I do that part on stream? I still have not ruled that out. Then I will need to record my talking points and edit it all together. I definitely will NOT be able to do that on stream. I don't know if I can work on any of this during the tournament.
Goal #6: clean up my own stream layout. I am brainstorming how I want the final theming to be. I probably want to give people multiple options, maybe allow spending bits to change the look. I don't have anything written down yet. I don't expect to get to this anytime soon.

The LPS videos are edited and ready for publication this week. Surely this gives me time to practice on stream before Friday? Let me make sure I can do my match alongside the Endless tournament this weekend and I'll get back to you for Wednesday. How's that sound?
