1. Login to steam client. (You can choose to add funds right now if you don't have a visa card but you would need to wait 2 days to do the method. Visa Cards are national so they would work in any region. Gift cards will auto convert your balance so its fine.)

2. Hop onto a Turkey vpn.

3. Go to account details and click Update Store Country. Select Turkey.

4. Fill in anything you want. Valve won't check.

5. (Almost) Everything in the steam store would now be cheaper.

(Valve made a new rule where you can't gift the games to other people from other regions. So if you want to buy your friend games then you would need to be in their account.)
