- Hello its Kinoshita Yuuka
- Today I hope to use Bacon and Egg to make a Bacon and Egg Donburi (big bowl of rice)
- first we cut the bacon
- and we fry it
- today I have 6 cups of rice ready and I will top it with bacon
- next I'll fry up some sunny side up eggs
- done
- tadaa its ready
- and now I will eat the Bacon and Sunny side up Donburi
- (eating chili oil?) and mayonnaise and soy sauce will be my condiments
- Itadakimasu!! it looks so yummy,oh I love bacon Sunny side up eggs and rice pair so well together... well at least I think they go well together

- its a simple but delicious dish
- oops I forgot to weigh it I guess I'll do it now it is 4.3kg I guess it must have been around 3.5ish when I started
- the egg whites are not mixed together and the yolks are so rich tasting
- I've been thinking instead of having all these condiments just plain salt and pepper seem to be the best
- mmm oishii
- oops I forgot to take off my apron
- whoa the yolk is so runny
- ahh HOT!

- it was absolutely delicious the saltiness of the bacon and the fatty umami and the runny egg yolk that coated the rice so nicely it was divine. Everyone, this was simple to make so please try this as well
