DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\lp.cab
bcdedit /set {current} locale hu-HU
bcdboot %WinDir% /l hu-HU

4. Remove from the Registry the en-EN language settings (CMD->regedit.exe)

>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->Control->MUI->UILanguages

5. Click on the en-EN label and this registry child.
