With 'hypnosis risk' I mean that you're 1v2 and Luna can use Hypnosis(50%?) which is run over if it hits(60%)

Overall 25% to get Sunny Day, but can be negated by Rain Dance about half of the time

If Solrock is locked into Solarbeam it can't heal
