It's not about having stiumulating conversation, or being head of heals abotu each other, or whatever all the time. It's about just being happy, with that person. I think every single relationship will have issues like this, and that people will doubt their relationship and find flaw in it. It's whether or not you want to call it quits is what holds it together or not. As long as you care about the person and you're not biting their head off during the "down" time, then there should be no over-analyzing whether or not you're too spoiled to keep it going.
