- It's been offical now. It would seem that Deo had actually made Wychwood his home.
- He hadn't traveled anywhere else in a long time. So perhaps that this would be where he would make his own start. First. He had to find a house since living underground majority of the time or just laying out in the plains wasn't the best of all ideas. Especially if he people he started to make friends with questioned him about where he lived and wanted to come over. It was just something that he didn't plan on doing much of.
- But as of now, Deo was once again sitting cross legged on the ground with his eyes closed. Both arms resting on either leg as he put up his wind barrier.
- By him practicing all of this time. It was simple now. It was just like breathing air to him. It came natural. There weren't any tricks or gimics. It was just natural to him as of now.
- (Deo Nemesis)
- The Yokai left his previous position by the entrance to the Wychwoodian forest. Orange optics peering about the area. With a slow crawling motion, the Infernus would pulling himself across shrubbery and grass. The fire that was around his form, fading away. The Yokai's eyes peered about the area. A grin forming upon his face. Jagged and bloodstained teeth showcased as the Infernus spotted the seated form of Deo.
- A slight angered filled hiss arising from his mouth. curiousity glimmered alongside the rage within his gaze. Perhaps he could utilize this one like the others? Manipulating him like the Sirenian, Hasna or better yet the girl he had mentally tortured who craved to bring about destruction as well. Either through words or by force.
- The Yokai hissed faintly, as hot air expelled from his mouth. Crawling to the nearby tree, the Infernus resting his form against the wood of the trunk. Uncaring how it began to blacken underneath his rising body heat. Slowy he observed Deo. Before his ental presence assailed his own. A burning sensation sprawling invasively into his mind, a sign of impending Kaorship?. Telepathy conveying the yokai's mind into Deo's. Thoughts being transmitted.
- "Greetings..I am Griuntherche. Who are you, so brazen to sit within my FOREST.."
- The Infernus Yokai stated without restraint. a voice starting to resound with anger. "This forest belongs to me. All Yokai within belong to me. When I claim my ascendency...then I shall seize a-hold of this forest readily. Either jon me in my goal..Serve my will. Be one of mine to use as I see fit..slave! " Here the Yokai's voice took on a threantening edge. A primal hungering cadence spilling forth. Malice ridden voice turning outright hostile and threatening as fire flickered to life across the Yokai's blackened body. Wreathing the Infernus in an aura of depravity based fyre as his mental voice spoke further.
- Failure to comply means being burnt to ash, knowingly watching as your flesh melts, listening and hearingyour screams resound throughout this forest as my flames consumes you whole. In refusing me, know that..you shall become a part of me. Something Perfect..and ascendant beyond all else. So make your choice. I will enjoy burning your very bones. Should you refuse my generous offer of course."
- (Griuntherche)
- A sharp laugh could be heard from Deo as he seemed to be driven to hysterics as he laughed about maniacally.
- Slowly he pushed himself up as he opened his eyes and faced the Griuntherche. His gaze low towards the beings feet as he stood up against the massively gigantic figure.
- "I was wonder-ing when you would show your self." he made a quick remark with his native accent.
- "I thought that you were go-ing watch me all day! It's nice too see that you have the guts to app-roach me." he said.
- The thing about Deo, he was scared shitless. This whooping 7'5 creature that stood before him made him feel even smaller than that Drakanite girl did. The creature was purely a giant who gave off those radiant flames that threatened to burn anything to ash.
- But what kept Deo from shitting his pants one might think? Was talking. Because the more he talked, the more he didn't feel the need to already beg for his own mercy and become the Yokai's personal bitch.
- But before he could go on. A the most threatening of death grips was placed upon him as a cold shiver went on his spine. His leg began to start shaking as it trembled in place. ' What is this feeling?' he thought as he truly never felt fear before. All his life was just being care-free. But as of now. It was a terrible feeling. At this point, he wanted to just bury himself within the ground. Hope for the best as he would pray that the creature wouldn't follow after him. On the other hand, he wanted to stand up to the creature. If menacing evil like this was around. He had to do something about it right? It was something that he meant to maintain.
- He said that he needed the power for times like this. But the only thing was, did he truly? Was he really strong enough to handle this.
- In deep thought, he lowered his face as he thought about the actions that he could possibly take. Frozen in fear he didn't know what he should do. The creatures edgy tone seemed to cause all of the hairs on the back of his neck to rise as he clenched his fist tightly. Unwilling to let such a creature make him tremble in such a way. But at the same time. It was terrifying. The way how the beast loomed over him as if it was some kind of god and he was its lowly peasent.
- But time wasn't the option for him to be wasting. His tough guy act was gone a long time ago and the more this being spoke. The more he wanted to run away. But he couldn't. . . .
- He knew that if he let this creature go without some kind of punishment that it would only inflict harm on many more. So he had to do something about it now!
- "N-no. . . . . . . I will not be your slave or servant. . . " he responded coyly
- (Deo Nemesis)
- The Yokai hissed as his malice filled gaze glanced upon the form of Deo. Malevolence arising, as his teeth grinded together. A slow snarl waftin g from the back of the Yokai's throat. The fire arising upon his form crackled. Spittring out flickering burst of embers.
- Starting to burn the tree he was resting upon. With a roar, the Infernus fell to the ground. His missing leg noticable and visible. As he looked up, teeth clacking and grinding together. Head tilting as his black mass was enveloped in a further current of malicious flames.
- "You..refuse..my offer..You refuse my mercy. For this..I will no longer be generous to you human ilk. Today you will burn. You will drown in a wave of fire. Your skin shall cook and melt off your bones. You will feel it, exquisite pain. Your flesh being burnt asunder. Falling in flakes from your ruined blackened husk. You shall choke upon ash and your own burnt bone dust as you MUST. You shall scar and burn. You shall sear into nothingness. Watch as your skin falls..leaving you exposed and hollow."
- The Yokai hissed mentally. Before a dark grin rose upon his face. A wider almost hungering leer manifesting upon his face. "Know you brought this upon yourself. It is what you deserve. Your price for refusing me.. You know what it will be don't you? Know this is your punishment. You have brought this upon yourself. YOU SHALL BURN!! AS ALL MUST!!"
- The Yokai shouted in a heat filled tone. Before he roared. Lesser yokai from nearby rushing to his form. Hissing and shrieking madly. Bayimng for flesh and heeding his fiery call. Fire flared upwards. A pillar of heat amassing further into the air. Fire lashing outwards, assailing the area. Spreading outwards in a wave of malicious hungering flames. Seeking to assault the form of Deo and burn his flesh, without mercy.
- (Griuntherche)
- Oops! He done goofed.
- Everything in his body was telling him to run away. Just take a step back to get a head start. Then he could just bury himself within the ground and escape. Or maybe he could just rocket out of her with wind magic. That was a possibility too right?
- Terrified, he heard the crackles of the embbers bursting out from within the monster who stood infront of him. The hulking figure himself had seemed to be infuriated to the point where he'd feel no regret upon burning him to nothing but a stain on the ground. Frowning, this was a terrible thing. Fuck if anything, he kinda wanted to take back the words that he just said.
- " Can I just take back what I sai-" he said, actually trying it but he was cut of by a rather pissed off creature.
- 'Man, those lessons from Alia could come in handy right now. . . .' He thought disappointingly to himself.
- As of now, nothing he could do would prevent the current sceanrio. Other than the creature just giving up and running away. But it seemed like the fight would begin as he felt the hot breath of the creature heating up his very body with such a scream.
- Suddenly the hot flames that he knew too well came back at him with full force as a pillar erupted infront of him. Soon to lash out at the entire area seeking to burn everything in sight.
- Just then Deo instinctivly shot out both hands towards the ground below to creature a shield for himself made out of rock. But just then he had a flash back where Alia told him that fire and earth makes magma. Something unknown to him but whatever it was. He didn't want it on his skin.
- As time seemed to slow down for him as the ground started to pull up towards him to coat himself in a shell. He dropped it as he thought of a creative idea.
- Wind, that didn't make anything with fire?
- Meaning that he couldn't be hurt by any unsettling action. Smiling, jumped forwards. Planting his left foot infront of his right as he planted each foot in the ground hard as he ended up in a low crouch.
- Bringing his hands to his sides. He raised them up making a T formation then brought both arms forwards so his hands could meet making a clap!
- This action alone caused a massive wave of wind to form around him and shoot outwards towards the yokai in a great torret.Cutting the wave of flames in half. Giving him and the creature a open space with no flames to rush at the other and fight.
- (Deo Nemesis)
- This was going to be one heck of a battle.
- As Deo knew that his life was dependant on this battle. He had to give it all he had. Gathering both ofhis hands, he wildly swung it around his body to cause the winds to shift around his body as he wanted conjure up a vortex around him to prevent the creature from attacking him. But that wasn'tt the case as the yokai had back up along his side. Three more smaller creatures came into the frey which made him shout out towards the being.
- " UNFAIR!" he roared as he finally conjured up the vortex.
- Razor sharp winds rippled around him as he stayed on the ground, not wanted to put placed within the air, knowing that he wouldn't be able to see the movements of the creature that he was facing off against. Which would render him blind.
- The battle would then start.
- The three lessers came baring down upon him as the big boss of them came charging behind them.
- 'Using them as meat bags huh.' Deo thought as he stood back waiting for any dum enough creature to come charging into his winds to only be carried off and thrown into the air. But the thing was. He got too confidant in his skills from the get go. Just because he conjured up razor sharp winds to protect him and harm those who dared to attack him. It didn't matter as one of the smaller beings jumped at him and grabbed at the barrier that he provided. He couldn't see the creature but he heard it snapping its maw as he bore its way through the winds. He heard it's flesh being torn off as it screeched in pain. But it still kept its assult. Cringing at the mere noises that he heard. he couldn't believe that such a thing was happening. He stood in horror as the other two lessers jumped in and made an opening through his wind barrier to finally push themselves through and come at him with their claws at the ready.
- He stood in fear not knowing how far these creatures would go just to win. This was a new thing for him to know, they'd go as far as knowingly harm themselves just to have the chance to win?
- Just as the three of them came within arms reach. Deo brought back both of his hands to his chest, palms facing his body, then pushed both of his arms outwards, palms facing them, causing a torret of wind to smack them back out of his vortex. Causing all but one to stand remaining. The one creature manage to nick him right along his jaw line as he wondered for just what a challenge he was in for.
- Cocking back his right hand, he felt the creature going in for another attack. So just as the creature lashed out at him, he ducked under it, spinning around in a complete 360 to build up momentum as wind followed his hand, him guiding it to the envitable punch that he caused as he stood back up to deliever a blow towards the creatures jaw. He heard a cracklying sound as he heard a yelp and couldn't seem to see the creature again as he knew it had taken flight.
- Now it was just him the the boss, which retalitated with a wave of fire that Deo threw off.
- The battle then went with the two going at it. But Deo more on the defensive side on the battle as he most likely used his magic to repel any attack coming towards him as he awaited for the right chance to strike back with a gust of wind.
- It only happened that Deo got burnt multiple times as he was fighting against an experianced fire user when he was just a coming up from novice in wind.
- But he was growing weak. Exhausted even as the creature had seemed to gain the edge on him. Causing for him to throw out as much torrets of wind towards the creature, as he tried to blow out the flames from him. Only that they wouldn't stay out. So instead, he expanded the winds around the flames. Combusting it.
- The impact that was given to Griuntherche was enough to send him crashing to the ground in pain.
- Deo stood above, panting heavily as he stood his ground. Trying his hardest to not fall down.
- "I. . . am not. . . going to. . . . be your slave. . . "
- (Deo Nemesis)
- Winds hung forth. As the Yokai summarily observed. Watching as the Lesser's valiantly tore through the ever looming barrier of wind gathered magic. Shredding their flesh to do so. The Infernus chuckled darkly. As he crawled towards the wind magi. Unleashing torrents of fire without restraint. Askh filled the sky..
- The Infernus roared. Thrashing against the winds that assail his flesh. Combusting his dflames. Sending his form flung a few feet away. With a roar. The Infernus snarled calling for more aid against the wind magi. "You will suffer further. You will lanuish under my FLAMES..You cannot escape your punishment. YOU WILL BE BURNT ASUNDER." The yokai shreked in a tine of rising bloodlust.
- Looking upon Deo a bit of his skin seemed burnt. Blackened under the waves of fire the Infernus had struck him with. With a snarl, the Yokai would crawl towards Deo. Intent on smashing him into the ground under his own weight. Lesser ilk screeching as they sought to assail him.
- Claws seeking to rupture skin. Drawing forth his blood. with a snarling noise. The Infernus Yokai sent forth a malicious stream if rolling fire. Intent on injuring Deo with the flames. Tryin g to batter him into being set aflame. "SUFFER FOR YOUR DEFIANCE TO MY WILL!"
- The Infernus would taunt as he roared. Unleashing a shockwave of hungering flames outwards. Forestry starting to burn under the assault. Trees blackening and withering, before smoldering into piles of ash. THe fight likely drawing attention from any nearby. As the Infernus once more lashed out, trying to assault Deo without mercy.
- (Griuntherche)
- Victory. The Yokai chuckled. Summoning lesser ilk in droves with a constant shout as they died one after the other. An inexhaustable force of hungering Lesser Yokai would assault upon the Wind magi without restraint. Fire struck, fire lashed out. Malice fueled flames striking upon Deo. Burning at his flesh, ast his clothing and his form without respite.
- With a roar, and a harsher streak of flame. Does he fall into a wave of malice fueled flames. Fire spreading throughout the environment. "Get up slave! Surely this is not what you are fully capable of? GET UP.. Prove that you deserve your freedom. You think I'll allow it. I shan''t. I'll start by burning out your eyes. I'll rip off your legs."Here the Yokai trailed off momentarily. His voice taking on another hissing manner. Akin to burning embers rising.
- Rage suffusing outwards as he spoke further. Releasing a pulse of fire, from his form. Watching as it streaked upwards into the air as he spoke mentally once more. "I'll destroy you piece by piece, that will be your punishment for defying my offer. Nothing but a constate state of pain. You will beg for death. Beg for mercy. YET BE DENIED IT AT EVERY TURN!" The Yokai cruelly taunted the burning form of Deo.
- With a hiss more Yokai swarmed into the clearing. Gimlet red eyes peering upon his fire laden form with merciless wanton hunger.. The yokai would hiss. Spewing out a wave of fire towards Deo once more. Intent on finishing the fight, and claiming his superiority and service by beating him into the forested ground of wychwood without remorse or pity.
- (Griuntherche)
- It seemed that being to cocky had its downfalls.
- Hitting the ground hard. Deo ached with pain from the burns that he had suffered. It seemed that he wasn't getting out of here anytime soon. He needed to start wearing clothing from now on like Alia said. Or atleast get some armor on him. These burns wouldn't have been so painful if he'd had on something to cover his upper body.
- Now laying on the ground as his body smoked. It ached him as he laid there burned and defeated on the ground. But he couldn't let up yet. Not now. . . . But then again, that thought faded as more fire erupted and burned at the surrounding area. Causing Deo's faith in him winning this fight to be unthinkable. To think out of all the elements that he had control over. He didn't have fire. The very thing that was kicking his ass now.
- "First. . . of all. . . when I *wheezes*. . . . I get up. . . . It's not because of you *cough cough* . . . . It is because . . . I want to do so. . . .As for my eyes. . . . I'm already blind. . . So I can do without. . . . " he managed to mutter pathetically as he struggled to push himself to a stand.
- "Second off. . . . I am not going to beg for death. . . who would do that? "
- If Alia can mix two elements into one. So can I.
- Raising his right hand, he drove it into the ground. Putting a protective layer of earth around him like a shield. Then once again, he called out to the wind as he swung his arms about to conjure up another vortex.
- "Let's finish this."
- (Deo Nemesis)
- It was time to finish this.
- Whipping up the surrounding air as if he was a vacuum himself. He rounded about all that force and used it for himself. Blowing out torrets of wind towards Griuntherche as the creature has lit the grounds ablaze with fire.
- The battle was intense as one stuck the other down. The shell the Deo wore proved helpful as he didn't know that both elements could work so well together. He couldn't image what else he could bring to the table once he brought more to his arsenal.
- Deo even came to terms with sending out waves of mud towards Griuntherche just to slow the being down. Because with all this fire around. He needed a way to cool him down.
- The battle then came too the both of them at a stand off. The much more smaller Sarradian against the hulking size of the infernus.
- Staring forward, Deo was observing the massive fire giant as he wanted to end this now. If the battle went on any longer. He'd lose for sure.
- " Your really terrifying. . . you know that. . .?" he question as he was surely out of breath.
- He wondered what the creature would say, if anything he felt another attack coming his way.
- So once again he reached outwards and clasped his hands together infront of him in Griuntherche's drirection. Causing a torret of wind to blow out his flames.
- Frowning, Deo spoke " No. . . No more flames. . ."
- But then again, the flames came once more as another attack was coming towards him with flames. Which Deo soonly extinguished with the same action.
- "No more flames. . . . ." he repeated in his tired state.
- But the infernus wouldn't give up. It would seem that the creature was fixed on killing him as he wouldn't want to be its slave. Fire erupted behind it as it seemed to be prepared for a greater attack. One that would probably destroy the very lands they were standing on. Tearing the grounds to nothing but bare land.
- An unimaginable of heat grew infront of him as he knew that the creature was gearing up for its last and final attack. One that would end this match.
- But Deo wasn't having it.
- "What the kcaf did I say?" he questioned with more demand in his tone as he grew serious.
- Wipping up his own madness of skills. He waved his hands above his head in a rotation to gather the calming winds around them and turn them to his own nature with a razor edge twist as he prepared to bring this creature down.
- 1 Sarradian. . . 2 Sarradian. . . 3 Sarradian
- The Infernus was just about ready to unleash his wrath upon Deo. But he wasn't going to let him get that chance.
- Unleashing his own wrath upon the elemental. He released his relenteless winds upon the figure. Blowing out its flames and bringing the creature to a kneel.
- There he called the earth to his beckoning and caused the ground to fork upwards and come down upon the elemental. Burying the creature in rocks all the way up to its neck.
- "You. . . stay there. . . and think about what you have done. . . . . . If I see you going around and making people your slaves. I'll bury you next time. . . "
- He said as he started to walk away in the distance. Not caring for whatever happened to the creature next
- (Deo Nemesis)
- Preparing to unleash a torrent of unbearable flames upon Deo. The Infernus would be halted. Assailed by winds, and his flames doused. Beaten back with a bevy wind. The wid sliced into the Infernus's fiorm. Bringing iupon him a myriad of cuts.
- Blood flowed as the Infernus hissed in rage. Etyes widening as anger suffused his being further. A bevy of malicious hungering flames sparking to life around his injured form. Only for it to be naught.
- To do nothing of real worth, as the Infernus was chucked through the use of earthen magic. Being durried into the unforgiven ground. Rocks squeezed against his form. Earth enveloped him.
- His head tilted, as rage amassed upwards. The Infernus tried to shift yet could not edven move. Buried as he was up to his neck in earth. A roar spilled from his mouth. Noise carrying outwards.
- Griuntherche spoke through telepathy. "WHEN I AM FREE! YOU SHALL BURN! SHALL SUFFER FOR INFLICTING THIS HUMILIATION UPON ME HUMAN ILK. YOU WILL BURN. YOU WILL DIE IN FIRE AS YOU DESERVE!"
- The infernus Yokai shouted in utter rage. Eyes of orange optics widened as his anfger shone within. Primal anger suffusing throughout his body as fire began to pulse around his form. Trying to melt the earth he was buried within. Thus allowing for the Yokai to claw his way out of the hardened earth. Though it would take time for such to occur.
