- April 4th, 1995
- -today we are scheduled to deliver the child of Noreen Macdougal
- (6:15) patient claimed 4 mos pregnant, unlikely given stage of pregnancy
- (7:00) anesthesia administered. patient unconscious. child is kicking. no abnormalities present in vaginal exam. hymen intact, nurses say no complication expected but cut it anyway
- (7:20) contractions
- (7:53) cervix is dilated, more than expected from when patient told us start of labor
- (8:22) unusual smell not consistent with birth. ultrasound indicates feet first exit
- (9:13) cervix halfway dilated. very fast progression but vitals stable
- (10:30) patient reports pressure in lower back and rectum. wants to push. instructed to wait
- (11:02) cervix fully dilated wtf? patient begins pushing
- (11:59) feet begin to emerge. smell worsens. nurse C vomits, excused
- (12:15) feet deformed: bony protrusions, hairy
- (12:41) feet are hooves???

- it wasnt a baby. it had multiple mature sexual organs, most were aroused. spine was too arched. slits along ribs with eyes inside, extreme nystagmus. used scalpels to slit any arteries we could find. too much blood. nurses restrained fetus. we sedated patient, covered child in blanket and pulled it out.
