- I swear i’m probably going to delete this. Just kill me slowly and painfully please. This is so terrible.
- Anyway, you can thank @neonhoodies and @cleusart for this filth. This is neon’s crack ship…which I’m kinda shipping as a joke. Believe me, I have not abandoned Grizznom. I will go down with that ship. I’m just doing this for shits and giggles, so don’t take this too seriously.
- Cleusart posted a really cute fanart of this ship, which therefore inspired this fanfic. You know how it goes. Person creates ship, some other person creates fanart for that ship, and then some OTHER person creates fanfiction for the fanart for the ship.
- I really didn’t know how to end this, which is part of the reason i hate it so much. And I honestly don’t know how speech would work for these two. Like…can Alpha talk? Does NN speak wolf? Does Alpha speak koala??? D:

- Nom Nom forced himself to run faster as the howling grew louder. His hunter was closing in on him, and he knew he wouldn’t be able to keep running like this. He just didn’t have the speed to outrun such a predator.
- With no other options available to him, the koala quickly took refuge in some underbrush. He could feel his heart begin to accelerate as he pressed himself as close to the ground as was physically possible. He managed to peek through the smallest gaps in the foliage to get a glimpse of the surrounding forest, which had grown eerily quiet. He tried to steady his breathing, which was loud and somewhat shaky. Stay calm. Stay calm.
- He had started to think that he had lost his pursuer and was just about to breathe a sigh of relief when a smooth voice spoke out to him.
- “Come out, come out, wherever you are,” the voice taunted, forcing the koala to stiffen with apprehension. “You think I can’t smell you? Honestly, do you bathe in eucalyptus?”
- Nom Nom narrowed his eyes, biting his lip as he resisted the urge to throw a retort right back at the predator, but he wasn’t about to take the bait. He nearly gasped when he saw the wolf walk right by the underbrush, barely two feet away from him.
- “Come on…don’t make this difficult, little one. This is just how nature works. It’s nothing personal, really. I just haven’t eaten in a while. If you surrender now, I promise I’ll make it quick.”
- The koala winced as the pins and needles sensation in his foot become too much. He tried to shift around in the tight space to relieve himself of the uncomfortable feeling, but this caused the underbrush to shake, giving away his location. He heard the wolf chuckle.
- “You know, I’m glad those humans keep you well-fed.” Nom Nom stiffened as he saw the one eye of the alpha wolf peer at him through a gap in the underbrush. “I like my prey to be nice and plump.” He chuckled again when he heard the koala whimper in fear.
- “Look…let’s talk about this, okay? I-I can given you anything you want! Just please don’t kill me!”
- “I want you in my stomach,” the wolf growled. “Right. NOW!”
- Nom Nom shrieked and promptly scrambled out of the underbrush as the wolf lunged at him. “Ha! Nice try, dumbo!” the koala laughed as he saw the wolf’s larger frame become stuck in the thick bushes. He quickly turned and sprinted away, hearing the wolf cursing loudly. He knew he wouldn’t be stuck for long, and he had to use this opportunity to put as much distance between himself and the predator as possible. When to run and when to hide was a difficult call to make, as the wolf was far superior in speed, and his sense of smell was keen.
- Hiding behind the wide trunk of a tree, Nom Nom took a moment to catch his breath, placing a paw against his chest. He cautiously peeked around the side in search of the wolf but saw that he was nowhere in sight. Letting out a sigh of relief, Nom Nom leaned back against the trunk, looking onward. He suddenly perked when he caught a glimpse of something just twenty or so yards away. Yes! Yes! I’m going to make it this time! he cheered mentally as he pushed himself off the trunk and bolted, his eyes trained on the large boulder just ahead of him. Almost there!
- Nom Nom yelped and skidded to a halt as his hunter suddenly leapt directly in his path. His legs slid out from under him and he fell back on his rump.
- “Tsk, tsk,” the wolf hummed. “You know…just for that little comment, I think I’m going to slowly rip you apart…limb by limb.” The predator very slowly began advancing towards him.
- “N-No, wait…please…” the koala begged as he scurried back. “You…You won’t get away with it! My people will come looking for me! And when they find out what you’ve done, they’ll hunt you down!”
- “What makes you think they’ll ever find out? You really think I plan on leaving any evidence behind? You should have thought twice before entering these woods.”
- Nom Nom stilled as the wolf came to stand directly over him, flashing his yellowed canines. This was it. He was finished. He squeezed his eyes shut and waited for the inevitable.
- Something cold and wet pressed against his nose, and the koala opened his eyes to see the larger animal’s nose pressed against his own, his single eye gleaming mischievously. “You’re dead,” he said.
- Blushing lightly, Nom Nom pressed a paw against the wet snout and pushed it away gently. “Whatever,” he quipped before getting back to his feet and brushing the dirt from his rump.
- “So let’s see…that makes six wins for me so far and…how many for you? Zero?”
- “Gloat all you want, Alpha, but you know I’ve gotten better since we started playing this game.”
- “True, true,” the wolf admitted as he sat back on his haunches. “I think that’s the longest you’ve ever lasted. And that’s probably the closest you’ve ever gotten to base. I’ll admit, I’m a bit out of breath.”
- The koala smirked. “Good. Now…can we back it up to that ‘nice and plump’ comment? You mind explaining to me what that was? Were you calling me fat?”
- The wolf rolled his eyes as he got up and began circling the smaller animal, lightly caressing his neck with the end of his tail as he passed in front of him. “No, not fat, just plump. Why are you so sensitive? Plump is cute. I thought you were all about being cute?” Alpha leaned in slowly, invading the koala’s personal space.
- Nom Nom blushed again as he took a step back. “Down boy,” he mumbled, earning a smirk from the canine, who continued moving closer to the koala. “I…I uh…should probably g-go.” His blushing was now impossible to not notice, and it was only in Alpha’s nature to draw attention to it.
- “You’ve been blushing a lot around me lately,” he said. “Why’s that?” he asked with a knowing smile. Nom Nom glared at him, his cheeks reddening even more.
- “I’m not blushing!” he snapped as he looked away.
- “You know you’re really bad at hiding your feelings. I should remind you this little roleplaying game was your idea. Are power dynamics your thing? Do you…like it when I make you feel vulnerable?”
- “Bye,” Nom Nom quipped as he turned sharply and started briskly walking away, the heat in his face now unbearable. He heard Alpha give a loud chuckle behind him before galloping to catch up with him.
- “You’re so easy to humiliate.”
- “SHUT UP!”
- “All right, all right, take it easy, cream puff.”
- Oh how he hated that little nickname of his.
- Alpha quietly escorted the still blushing koala out of the woods, the amused smirk never leaving his muzzle.
