  33. ACTION: Procedure.
  34. DATE: 2008 - 06 - 17 - 9:00AM.
  35. LOG: Second Experiment procedure is initiated without delay, and 15mg dose of HORIZON is used as recommended. Twenty-five seconds after administration, subject appears slightly disoriented. He speaks of “faint bands of light dancing before my eyes”. Obvious change in Subject’s Psyche is apparent, but further research is needed. It is recommended that the dose be increased to 20mg. Auditory hallucinations still not apparent. Subject’s vitals increase, but are well within safe ranges. Subject’s Psyche seems significantly altered, as several times throughout the procedure he shakes hands with a seemingly invisible entity and attempts to make small talk with it. When asked about this behavior, the subject refused to elaborate. For the sake of research purposes, it is recommended that HORIZON dose be increased to 25mg for next Experiment procedure.

Approximately thirty seconds after administration, the Subject speaks of intense visual and auditory hallucinations. Several minutes into the procedure, the Subject entered what appeared to be a comatose state for nearly twenty minutes. His vitals stayed within acceptable ranges, so there was no attempt to revive him. After the Subject awoke from his comatose state, he was monitored for several hours to ensure his stability. Unfortunately, the Subject was too incapacitated by HORIZON to recount his experience at the time, however a first-hand report by the Subject was received after this procedure.

  57. ***/
  58. I have been told by [EXPERIMENT HEAD NAME REDACTED] that I am to recant my experience from earlier today, as they were unable to get a response from me during the procedure. Shortly after being injected, dancing lights overcame the entire room and swirled around me. Men in black suits began stepping out of the walls; they folded their arms and stared at me intently. I tried to see their faces, but I could not: despite looking straight at their face, it simply wasn’t there. Not in the sense that you could see through it...it’s impossible to explain.
  59.
  60. Halo’s of brilliant white light shone brightly from around their heads, and these Halo’s spoke to me like a choir of angels and demons at the same time through some kind of powerful Synesthesia. One of these men (who appeared to be invisible to facility staff in the room with me) stepped forward, and I saw he was carrying a sleek silver briefcase in his hand. Once again, a wave of synesthesia washed over me as I could taste the color of the briefcase overwhelmingly on my tongue, a combination of licking copper pennies and metal bolts. The man held the briefcase mere inches from my face, and instantly I felt a giant euphoria as I knew, more than I knew anything in my life, that the inside of that briefcase contained the end of all of mankind’s problems and suffering. The man opened the briefcase.
  61.
  62. The shapes and fractals and colors and sounds that flowed out of this tiny silver briefcase; they are things I could never explain to a person who has not experienced them. They were so complex, so vivid! My breath was taken away by their intrinsic twirls and dances as they unraveled themselves from the briefcase. Underneath, I caught glimpses of a pure white light, a white so bright there is nothing on this Earth that I could possibly compare it to. I stared into this light for what felt like hours, and finally I reached forward into the briefcase, and suddenly I was engulfed in bright white, while non-stop euphoria rolled over me in gigantic waves of pleasure (this is the point where I reportedly became comatose).
