[21:57] Salthiel Anauel says, "Yet what causes them, what causes chaos is something I wish to find."

[22:03] Zeriel Heifang says, "The difference between Order and Chaos is thin... while the former dedicates them to the path because it's righteous, the latter focuses too much on the consequences, and rewards."

[22:04] Zeriel Heifang says, "I think you're worthy in the moment, though-- but at the end of the day, lifestream in itself decides whether you're to be graced or not."

[22:04] Salthiel Anauel says, "I see. Yes. You are right."
[22:07] Zeriel Heifang says, "Caverns are rather quiet..."
[22:08] Salthiel Anauel says, "They are. It as if blood has never spilled it before."
[22:08] Zeriel Heifang says, "Expected them to be more hostile after the recent assault... suppose they'd strike back shortly."

[22:18] Zeriel Heifang says, "...well, don't think we're going to run into anyone."

[22:25] Uneventful, for most parts... and so when the ice magus led his younger counterpart through those caverns, it wasn't the plains they exited into. Instead, the wasteland of white stood in front of the duo-- pristine, and frosted all the same.

A single hand waves through the air... and despite the overwhelming corruption that embraced the entirety of northern area-- it wasn't to be felt on surface, if anything.

"Eagleheart once told me to meditate along the Gaiar ruins, because it was that much harder to find pure strings of life in all the corruption there-- here though? Perhaps even better."

A pause, and he'd merely hum a tad before turning around. It wasn't like Salthiel had to find it himself... though he'd feel the effects nonetheless.

"Relax a tad, clear your mind if there's anything bothering you-- maybe take a deep breath? We'll proceed afterwards. I'll repeat it again, though...the moment you decide to venture into path of arcane, is the moment you decide to serve lifestream in itself-- rather than aim for consequences. Those are the rewards stream offers you eventually."

[11:48] His previous meditation sessions with Satsuki enabled him to find calm and tranquility. However, as the Heifang suggested to meditate close to what was formerly Baukdengrad, to the outskirts of the mountains; he lifted an eyebrow.

Golden eyes shifted to the surroundings, frowning as he did so.

The corruption, added by the howls of the distant Nethradins, seemed to pierce through his head. It was painful, but with the Emperor's blessing, it was manageable.

To meditate, however, would be a different thing.

"Okay," he said, and took a deep breath before simply sitting down upon the snow, feeling the piercing coldness invade his being.

"But here... I feel nothing, but only despair," said Salthiel before shifting into a meditative position.
