  4.
  5. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Restricted Legend Line--------------------------------------------
  6.
  7. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Mewtwo------------------------------------------------------------
  8. Mewtwo @ Iron Ball
  9. Ability: Pressure
  10. EVs: 124 HP / 60 Def / 252 SpA / 72 SpD
  11. Quiet Nature
  12. IVs: 0 Spe
  13. - Psystrike
  14. - Ice Beam
  15. - Trick Room
  16. - Protect
  17. Yea... Now this is made by (SamVGC), and i understand his reasoning behind Iron Ball to half mewtwo's aswell as allowing you to be mutch more offencive then Cresselia, HOWEVER, I want to present you Cresselia 2016: Musharna, acces to stronger Psychic/Psychock, Helping Hand, Trick Room, ability's like Synchronise and Telepathy. but on this set i don't have mutch to add but it's notable as a Trick Room setter, sadly pretty useless in general, also IDK Cresselia.
  18.
  19. Mewtwo @ Life Orb
  20. Ability: Pressure
  21. Level: 50
  22. EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  23. Timid Nature
  24. - Psystrike
  25. - Ice Beam/Flamethrower
  26. - Taunt
  27. - Protect
  28. Offencive Lead, allowing Strong damage, Taunt at the speed of even Crobat and best of all, Ice Beam to Bop Salamence or Flame Trower to bop FerroThorn.
  29.
  30. Mega-Mewtwo-X
  31. Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite X
  32. Ability: Pressure
  33. Level: 50
  34. EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
  35. Jolly Nature
  36. - Protect
  37. - Ice Punch
  38. - Zen Headbutt
  39. - Low Kick
  40.
  41. Usefull and effective, Best set Mewtwo-X can pull off, ideal for dealing with Mega Salamence switchins with just a bit of side damage from Primal Groundon or P-Kyogre, generaly not too horrific in the current meta to be honest.
  42.
  43. Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Mewtwonite Y
  44. Ability: Insomnia
  45. Level: 50
  46. EVs: 124 HP / 60 Def / 124 SpA / 20 SpD / 180 Spe
  47. Timid Nature
  48. - Psystrike
  49. - Ice Beam
  50. - Flamethrower
  51. - Protect
  52. (Made by SamVGC), this set gives enough speed for Crobat, the EV's in HP/sp defence make it live Water Spout from Primal Kyogre so nice, 60 Defence is notable, however just 36 while NOT megaevolving mewtwo, should be able to do the same trick, as it allowes you to not only live Mega Kangas Adamant Double edge, it also makes you live Sucker Punch from Yvetal with WP and no physical investment, yes that's a thing but i dislike it IF YOU DON'T MEGA EVOLVE, IF YOU MEGA YOU LOSE 10 BASE POINTS IN DEFENCE.
  53.
  54. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Lugia------------------------------------------------------------
  55.
  56. Lugia @ Sitrus Berry
  57. Ability: Pressure
  58. Level: 50
  59. EVs: 76 HP / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
  60. Modest Nature
  61. IVs: 0 Atk
  62. - Aeroblast
  63. - Psyshock
  64. - Earth Power
  65. - Tailwind
  66. Fails at seemingly allot, however this makes some good use of what it could do, having one of the strongest special flying attacks in the game, one of bulkiest Tailwind setters, and usefull speed tier above 100, I did however make it so it outspeeds all 100 Base NO NATURE ones, mainly because Lugia already needed the Offence, you can run more speed to even sleep tie Latios/Latias, who are infact notable enough. It's highly recomanded to have a poke that can quickly deal with Primal Kyogre and potentialy one with Helping Hand.
  67. Lugia generaly fails at allot, being commonly outclassed reguardless of what role you give it, however a Bulkier, Psychic, Flying type is nice i guess. If you try to make it Stall like, you make it worse then if it did be outclassed as Stall for the moment it is is useless.
  68.
  69. a Calm Mind set of:
  70. Lugia @ Mental Herb / Sitrus
  71. Ability: Pressure
  72. Level: 50
  73. EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
  74. Calm Nature
  75. IVs: 0 Atk
  76. - Aeroblast
  77. - Earth Power
  78. - Recover / Psyshock
  79. - Calm Mind
  80. Easier to put up then to abuse, as allot of physical Sucker Punches coulinfact burst trough it, however if you play it well you could pull it off against a Sucker Punch war as Calm Mind allowes you to Tank Dark Pulses from Yvetal.
  81.
  82. ----------------------------------------------------------------------Ho-Oh------------------------------------------------------------
  83. Ho-Oh @ Sitrus Berry / Sharp Beak
  84. Ability: Pressure
  85. Level: 50
  86. EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
  87. Adamant Nature
  88. - Sacred Fire
  89. - Brave Bird
  90. - Tailwind
  91. - Protect
  92. and
  93. Ho-Oh @ Sitrus / Sharp Beak
  94. Ability: Pressure
  95. Level: 50
  96. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  97. Adamant Nature
  98. - Sacred Fire
  99. - Brave Bird
  100. - Tailwind
  101. - Protect
  102. look at these skillfull spread, oddly enough functioning well both of them thanks to there use compleatly not by Talonflame outclassed uses.
  103.
  104.
  105. --------------------------------------------------------------------Primal-Groundon----------------------------------------------------
  106. (Physical Attacker)Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
  107. Ability: Desolate Land
  108. Level: 50
  109. EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
  110. Brave Nature
  111. IVs: 0 Spe
  112. - Precipice Blades
  113. - Fire Punch
  114. - Rock Slide
  115. - Protect
  116.
  117. This isn't just for Trick Room, it's also to generaly deal better against Xerneas, Kyogre and sutch even tho it's more ideal to run this with Cresselia. Fire Punch is the strongest single target move, Rock Slide 1HKO's Ho-Oh with 50% on the 252 HP spread meaning Brave Bird finishes Ho-Oh off.
  118.
  119. Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
  120. Ability: Desolate Land
  121. EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  122. Modest Nature
  123. - Eruption
  124. - Flamethrower/Fire Blast/OverHeat
  125. - Earth Power
  126. - Protect
  127. Main Special attacking set
  128. Actualy the best set overall, most common one atm and realy nice, however I personaly like to swicth around with the Flametrower slot for Stone Edge or Blades, running a more mixed set with 0 speed 0IV's , Quiet Nature. With Stone Edge I run Modest, yes as Modest still allowes you to 1HKO Ho-Oh with 252 HP. 0- Atk Primal Groudon Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Ho-Oh: 248-292 (116.4 - 137%) -- guaranteed OHKO That's nice, the reason why not Rockslide? Cause Rock Slide is Weaaaaak, having a -25% from Doubles, and the 25 Points of difference with Stone Edge, sure, double target and Recoil from Brave Bird can be put to good use but i just prefer not having to trust on the Recoil.
  129.
  130. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------Kyogre------------------------------------------------------
  131. Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
  132. Ability: Primordial Sea
  133. Level: 50
  134. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  135. Modest Nature
  136. IVs: 0 Atk
  137. - Origin Pulse
  138. - Ice Beam
  139. - Water Spout
  140. - Protect
  141. I don't need to explain this lol.
  142.
  143. or
  144. (Deals with opposing Kyogre, as it 2HKO's them doign ~70% and outspeeds them)
  145. Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
  146. Ability: Primordial Sea
  147. Level: 50
  148. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  149. Timid Nature
  150. IVs: 0 Atk
  151. - Origin Pulse
  152. - Ice Beam
  153. - Thunder
  154. - Protect
  155.
  156. Or
  157. (Trick Room uses+ Weather war)
  158. Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
  159. Ability: Primordial Sea
  160. Level: 50
  161. EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
  162. Quiet Nature
  163. IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
  164. - Origin Pulse
  165. - Ice Beam
  166. - Water Spout
  167. - Protect
  168.
  169.
  170.
  171. and...
  172.
  173. Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
  174. Ability: Drizzle
  175. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  176. Timid/Modest Nature
  177. - Water Spout
  178. - Origin Pulse
  179. - Ice Beam
  180. - Thunder
  181.
  182. Needs Cloud Nine/Airlock Support, so ... Altaria, Golduck and Rayquaza work for this.
  183. ------------------------------------------------------------------------Rayquaza-------------------------------------------------------
  184.
  185. Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
  186. Ability: Delta Stream
  187. EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  188. Naive/Hasty Nature
  189. - Dragon Ascent
  190. - Draco Meteor
  191. - Flamethrower / Extreem Speed
  192. - Protect
  193. Utility
  194.
  195. 252 SpA Life Orb Mega Rayquaza Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Primal Groudon: 200-238 (96.6 - 114.9%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
  196.
  197. 252 SpA Life Orb Mega Rayquaza Draco Meteor vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Kangaskhan: 185-218 (102.2 - 120.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
  198.
  199. Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb / Lum Berry
  200. Ability: Delta Stream
  201. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
  202. Hasty/Naive Nature
  203. - Dragon Ascent
  204. - Draco Meteo
  205. - Extreme Speed
  206. - Protect
  207. Utility
  208.
  209. Rayquaza-Mega @ Choice Band
  210. Ability: Air Lock
  211. EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
  212. Jolly Nature
  213. - Dragon Ascent
  214. - Waterfall
  215. - Extreme Speed
  216. - Earthquake
  217. Spam
  218.
  219.
  220. regular ray:
  221. Rayquaza @ Lum Berry
  222. Ability: Air Lock
  223. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  224. Jolly Nature
  225. - Dragon Ascent
  226. - Waterfall
  227. - Extreme Speed
  228. - Protect
  229. Still usefull realy, especialy as it takes only 1 moveslot to ensure you can be a secondairy mega at all times, and with Waterfall you are always going to be usefull, at cost of strong Draco however.
  230.
  231. -----------------------------------------------------------------------Dailga----------------------------------------------------------
  232. Dialga:
  233. Dialga @ Shuca Berry / Sitrus Berry
  234. Ability: Pressure
  235. Level: 50
  236. EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpA
  237. Quiet Nature
  238. IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
  239. - Draco Meteor
  240. - Flash Cannon
  241. - Earth Power/Protect
  242. - Trick Room
  243. Now Dialga isn't too important, while it is most defiantly one of the best Trick Room setters, it fails at allot.
  244. It's special attack is Hugh and important even allowing you to 2HKO treats with this amout of special attack, note however that Dialga wants to be used as an answere agaisnt Treats like: Mega-Rayquaza, Primal Groundon and Primal Kyogre.
  245.
  246. Dialga @ Adamant Orb
  247. Ability: Pressure
  248. EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  249. Timid Nature
  250. - Draco Meteor
  251. - Flash Cannon
  252. - Flamethrower/Earth Power
  253. - Protect
  254.
  255. General Offence, however it lacks a good bit, in more then just it's speed tier.
  256. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Palkia------------------------------------------------------------
  257. Palkia:
  258. Palkia @ Assault Vest
  259. Ability: Pressure
  260. Level: 50
  261. EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
  262. Modest Nature
  263. - Spacial Rend
  264. - Earth Power
  265. - Thunder
  266. - Hydro Pump
  267. or
  268. Palkia @ Assault Vest
  269. Ability: Pressure
  270. Level: 50
  271. EVs: 164 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 84 Spe
  272. Timid Nature
  273. - Spacial Rend
  274. - Hydro Pump
  275. - Earth Power
  276. - Rock Tomb
  277.
  278. May seem weird AV, 252 spread and sutch, however this is able to take more then Primal Groundon and Primal Kyogre this is even able to take down Mega Salamence on a Draco Meteo but also:
  279. 0- SpA Life Orb Mega Rayquaza Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Palkia: 166-198 (84.2 - 100.5%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
  280. Now this is with -sp attack nature, however in the current metagame i concider this notable as Ray does infact want as mutch defence and special defence to potentialy come in or deal better against Cresselia, Primal Groundon and Primal Kyogre, as Naive did put it slightly in range for Ice Beam (37,5%) as for defence there exists Kangaskan, and many other physical attackers, also Mixed Primal Groundon who under the right weather can do shit, 93.8% chance to OHKO with Stone Edge, it's rare but i am not here to justify the move and use with just this.
  281.
  282. Palkia @ Mental Herb / Luster Orb
  283. Ability: Pressure
  284. EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
  285. Sassy Nature
  286. IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
  287. - Spacial Rend
  288. - Hydro Pump
  289. - Trick Room
  290. - Protect/Gravity
  291. Concider running 20 Def / 76 SpA / 156 SpD with Haban Berry and Protect, the Mental Herb is for TR + Gravity to be easier to set up.
  292. This one is generaly nice imo.
  293.
  294. ------------------------------------------------------------------Giratina-------------------------------------------------------------
  295. Giratina:
  296. Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb
  297. Ability: Levitate
  298. Level: 50
  299. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
  300. Lonely/Hasty Nature
  301. - Draco Meteor
  302. - Tailwind/Earth Power
  303. - Shadow Force
  304. - Will-O-Wisp
  305. or
  306. Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb
  307. Ability: Levitate
  308. Level: 50
  309. EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  310. Lonely/Hasty Nature
  311. - Draco Meteor
  312. - Tailwind
  313. - Shadow Force
  314. - Earth Power
  315. Now both work simalairly, you do good damage and Support with Tailwind, while mostly Checking Kangaskan or checking Primal Groundon a notable amout better.
  316. Now the one with Will-O is running More attack, as this allowes you to not only treathen normal pokemon, this can be very usefull on a bulkier team having Ferrothorn, as this could do a bit of stalling, now that might sound odd aswell, stalling in VGC with Ubers? It's actualy not that weird as it allowes you to beat pokemon like Low Kick Mega Kanga mutch better aswell as making a good Core against amny things in general. Earth Power can be used over Tailwind for 4 SpA Giratina-O Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Primal Groudon: 88-104 (50.2 - 59.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO.
  317.
  318. The other one takes a more offencive approach, this one makes mutch more use of the Tailwind aswell as 252 SpA Giratina-O Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Primal Groudon: 106-126 (51.2 - 60.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, that's great especially with all out attackers like Primal Kyogre or Xerneas + Giratina-O, however this would take away your own option of Primal's, who most definatly define most of the Metagame.
  319.
  320. (SamVGC):
  321. Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb
  322. Ability: Levitate
  323. Level: 50
  324. EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
  325. Quiet Nature
  326. - Shadow Force
  327. - Draco Meteor
  328. - Will-O-Wisp
  329. - Pain Split
  330. Pretty Obvious what he ment, this just allowes you to take as many as possible Eruptions/Ice Beams while being able to Pain Slit it all up agais, then going for Shadow/Draco to finish the remaining 50% agaisnt Primal Groundon/Primal Kyogre respectively.
  331.
  332.
  333. Giratina @ Leftovers
  334. Ability: Pressure
  335. Level: 50
  336. EVs: 252 HP / 148 SpA / 108 SpD
  337. Calm Nature
  338. IVs: 0 Atk
  339. - Will-O-Wisp
  340. - Hex
  341. - Earth Power
  342. - Protect
  343. Let's see enough special attack to 2HKO Primal Ground, Survive up to 2 Ice Beams from Primal Kyogre and take as least as possible damage from Water Spout, Eruption and Draco's having ~31,3% to die from it by Neutral nature, Life Orb Draco Meteo by Mega Ray.
  344.
  345. or
  346. (SamVGC's)
  347. Giratina @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
  348. Ability: Pressure
  349. Level: 50
  350. EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 36 Def / 100 SpD / 36 Spe
  351. Careful Nature
  352. - Shadow Force
  353. - Pain Split
  354. - Will-O-Wisp
  355. - Protect/Rest
  356. Giratina @ Chesto Berry
  357. Ability: Pressure
  358. Level: 50
  359. EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 36 Def / 36 SpA / 100 SpD
  360. Sassy Nature
  361. IVs: 0 Spe
  362. - Shadow Force
  363. - Draco Meteor
  364. - Will-O-Wisp
  365. - Rest
  366.
  367. --------------------------------------------------------------------Zekrom-------------------------------------------------------------
  368. Zekrom @ Assault Vest
  369. Ability: Teravolt
  370. Level: 50
  371. EVs: 172 SpA / 84 SpD / 252 Spe
  372. Timid/Hasty Nature
  373. - Bolt Strike
  374. - Draco Meteor
  375. - Earth Power
  376. - Focus Blast
  377.
  378. Can a set look durpier then this? With all seriousness this set is able to take a Mooblast from unboosted Xerneas thanks to the invested EV's ,an Earthpower from Primal Groundon, able to take a Draco from even even Lum-Mega Ray with 87,5% chance to survive, in return it's able to 1HKO Primal Kyogre and able to 2HKO Primal Groundon with earthpower thanks to the even more furtunat remaining EV's in special attack, 172 SpA Teravolt Zekrom Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Primal Groudon: 100-118 (48.3 - 57%) -- 87.5% chance to 2HKO
  379. If you don't want the -Defence nature can run Timid aswell, 0- Atk Teravolt Zekrom Bolt Strike vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Primal Kyogre: 204-242 (98.5 - 116.9%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO so eh. It's just as functional to be honest. The reason it run's Focus Blast is because it did be able to 2HKO Ferrothorn, and many other notable walls. Highly notable being preventing Dialga from dealing with you, what it shouldnt to be honest.
  380.
  381. The problem is there exists a team made by some guy running Fusion Bolt, now this was kind of weird, however he prepaired to even deal with a 252, 252 defence Kyogre, having Zap Plate and Fusion Bolt, however i think that's useless
  382.
  383. Now the thing is, Expertbelt, while it may seem useless, has a use:
  384.
  385. Zekrom @ Expert Belt/Life Orb
  386. Ability: Teravolt
  387. Level: 50
  388. EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  389. Hasty Nature
  390. - Fusion Bolt
  391. - Draco Meteor
  392. - Tailwind
  393. - Protect
  394.
  395. Running anything other then Naive/Hasty/Jolly is stupid as you fail to beat 252 HP Kyogre.
  396. With this you can atleats support the next poke:
  397.
  398. --------------------------------------------------------------------Reshiram-----------------------------------------------------------
  399. Reshiram @ Life Orb
  400. Ability: Turboblaze
  401. Level: 50
  402. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  403. Modest Nature
  404. - Blue Flare
  405. - Draco Meteor
  406. - Earth Power/Tailwind
  407. - Protect
  408.
  409. Finaly a not mixed set prase the lord, no seriously tho this one is not bad, it has a
  410. 252+ SpA Life Orb Turboblaze Reshiram Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Primal Groudon: 177-211 (101.1 - 120.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
  411. witout having to drop a Draco.
  412. Blueflare is generaly better then Fusion Flare with the single exeption of running it with a Zekrom, what needs dedication aswell, in this its more thne a gimmick atleast.
  413. --------------------------------------------------------------------Kyurem-Normal------------------------------------------------------
  414. Kyurem @ Life Orb
  415. Ability: Pressure
  416. Level: 50
  417. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  418. Modest Nature
  419. IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
  420. - Glaciate
  421. - Draco Meteor
  422. - Earth Power
  423. - Protect
  424. Or
  425. Kyurem @ Life Orb
  426. Ability: Pressure
  427. Level: 50
  428. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  429. Timid Nature
  430. IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
  431. - Glaciate
  432. - Draco Meteor

  447. HP is for Life Orb number.
  448. This obomination of VGC isn't good, it's actualy bad, i run optimal attack to keep the 75% to KO odd, (252 makes 0 difference) against a 252HP Primal Kyogre. 20 special attack to inrease Draco/Ice Beam damage while Protect is generaly nice. Ice Coverage is what you came for, that is what you get. Ice Beam 2HKO's Primal Groundon so that's nice.

  482. Timid Nature
  483. - Moonblast
  484. - Hidden Power [Ground] <-- originaly this was HP fire with 72 SpA / 12 SpD / 248 Spe in the spread instead.
  485. - Dazzling Gleam
  486. - Thunder/Grass Knott
  487. 252 Atk Choice Band Mega Rayquaza Dragon Ascent vs. 44 HP / 132 Def Xerneas: 178-211 (85.9 - 101.9%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO <--- the only answere he gave outside of the fact the set run's Choise Specs with like 80 investment lol, that may seem weird at first however it makes sense, simalar is run with Hydreigon in Finals, who run's like 76 sp attack and very simalar defencive spread aswell + Choise Specs just because of what it could achieve a small difference above the previously noted.

  593. Oddly enough, the HP investment prevents Hidden Power at +2 from KOing, You could just aswell run 252 attack and 252 speed with Bullet Punch honestly, as that did be just as effective agaisnt Xerneas because Bullet punch does more hen 50% allowing a pre-Super Fang/Eruption/Water Spout to chip all the needed damage.
