Release 1.38.1 Changes:
    - Added 8 more quests to the wilderness and 4 more quests to the nether including quests for more wood types, mining quests for more ores and so on
    - Gem of power damage: 4 -> 5
    - Gem of power rarity: Rare -> Legendary
    - Added night vision command to the Gilded rank (and all ranks above that)
    - Added night vision to gilded rank descriptions (and all ranks above that)
    - Added scheduled tip message reminding to claim your base to prevent stolen items
    - Fixed Warped having 7 homes instead of 8
    - Rare repair multiplier: 5 -> 4
    - Decreased enchantment multiplier from /repair from 50% to 40% (Stackable)
    - Axes skill adaptation log / wood multiplier: 5.33 -> 7.26 (same scaling as damage)
    - Rewrote Tab and name tag handling to support nicknames


Bit of a smaller update since most time has been invested into a larger update which will hopefully release in the next 2 weeks!  (Suggestion #50) :pepewow:
