What you are applying for: Flying Raijin (Funny Fuuinjutsu/Reverse Summon Teleport Minato brrr)
What you will do: Utilize it for the purposes of catching those with instantaneous movement with Keito's own incarnation. It will be used sparingly otherwise for the sake of surprise attacks most people wouldn't see coming from a standard Shunshin. I'm not sure what other abilities it invokes mechanically aside from the mobility aspect so live and learn I guess? Gotta go fast through those pocket dimensions

Why you want it: With Fuuinjutsu at 1,690/1,000 (https://i.gyazo.com/e8298bf8372e487a2a7bf4db4004ea87.png), Knowledge of Summoning, having seen Lenato's own near instant movement with Kurama cloak in action almost two hundred times in the same battle, knowledge of body swap and bodyflame techniques, as well as general high level chakra control it's not off the table. However, to add fuel to such, Hiyori's very own Black Lightning will be sealed into the technique, someone who has learned the Raiton flash step ability and has used such to great effect before.

Being honest it's mostly just to deal with people that have insane amounts of spamable mobility like Lenato. I'm not sure how far I'll use it past that point but I don't intend to overlook it as a part of my abilities, and I may just pass it on eventually (assuming I ever get a student and they can apply), not to say others cannot simply develop their own like any other technique.

Finishing this development may take up a many months or well over a year, but a more efficient way of transportation that could work as a asset in combat was the end goal...and one highly effective for a Medical Ninja to try and control the state of the field.
