2nd Anniversary Party

1. A simple party?

...I was hit with a sense of déjà vu, almost as if this happened before.
Deutschland: Can you believe it, that pipsqueak Elizabeth said "The Royal Navy hosts the most gorgeous and wonderful parties..."
Deutschland: It's time for us to show what we are made of!
Deutschland: Therefore, follow what I say! The time has come for a lowly creature such as yourself to show your metal! Be grateful for this opportunity!

After several days of preparation, the feast hosted by the Ironblood began——
Graf Spee: I'm very sorry Commander, my sister is always troubling you...thanks to you the party has become very enjoyable...
Deutschland: For a lowly creature such as yourself this is some mighty fine work! Hahaha! Oi pipsqueak Queen, liking this splendid party hosted by us Ironbloods?
Queen Elizabeth: Arggggh, to think we would be outdone by them...well, it turned out this well due to my servants management so it's fine!
Belfast: I would like to thank the Ironblood and the Commander on behalf of all of us from the Royal navy.
Belfast: Forgive me if I am being presumptuous but I have gathered some volunteers from the maid corps to provide security to the party venue.
Belfast: I would like to give special thanks to Ark Royal-sama for taking the initiative to organize this security detail and volunteering to join us.
Ark Royal...?

Ark Royal: Ahn..such a wonderful view of the destroyer sisters in their dresses..no no no, I have concentrate on providing security to the venue for now...!
Everyone: ....
Deutschland: A-anyway! Let's entertain ourselves in this Ironblood hosted party!

2. Prost！

Now, as for the ways to enjoy oneself at the Ironblood's party...

Prinz Eugen: Fufufu... I've been saving these such a occasion. Today, I can drink as much as I please.
Tirpitz: Eugen, I understand the occasion but aren't you going overboard... you will get drunk again...
Ooshio: My sister did say ya things like Eugen-han has a likin to drinkin but...
Ooshio: "You gotta see it to believe it", I suppose~
Jean Bart: What's wrong with being like that? I'd rather indulge myself in some quality alcohol than be tied down by some worthless code of manners and etiquette and be denied such joy.
Jean Bart: I have to say, I do like the Ironblood's open approach to things like this.
Prinz Eugen: Fufu, I am honored by the praise. Jean Bart,  would you be interested in some of these drinks?
Prinz Eugen: The Vichya makes fine liquor, but it wouldn't hurt to try what the Ironblood has to offer, would it?
Prinz Eugen: And you... Ooshio, was it? How about you?
Jean Bart: Hmmm, then I wouldn't mind to have a glass.
Ooshio: Don't mind me then~
Tirpitz: Hm... I must say, I never imagined I would feel at home in a place like this.
Tirpitz: Where I am drinking with my friends to simply have a good time, rather than for the sake of social obligations...
Prinz Eugen: Tirpitz? Are you getting lost in your thoughts again? Stop doing that and just start enjoying the drinks, will you.
Tirptiz: Hm... You're right. I'll try to not worry so much.

3. Own ways to have fun

Of course, drinking wasn't the only way to enjoy oneself at a party--

Yuudachi: Ohhh meat! So much meat for me to eat! Nom nom nom nom-- ahhhh, this feast of meat is just the best!
Shoukaku: ...Oh well, when Yuudachi sees meat she just forgets about everything else..
Shoukaku: And where did Taihou run off to? Everybody's just doing whatever they want today...

U-556: U-47, spotted!
z23: Is something wrong, U-47? I know you didn't want to get tangled in the organization of this party hosted by us Ironbloods, but shouldn't you at least be enjoying it with everyone else?
U47: ... it's a hassle, so I will pass. I am fine.
U-556: Ehhh! What are you saying, parties get more fun with more people! Hey, let's go the buffet and find something delicious to eat!
z23: That's right! Remember to greet the girls from the other factions along the way!
U47: Haaa...I just wanted to be left alone...
U-556: Ahhhh, don't say negative stuff like that!

Roon: A heartwarming party in a peaceful base, spending fun times with friends ... it's great and all, but ...
Roon: It's just... not quite stimulating enough...
Seattle: Hey Roon, what's up? You kinda look you are bored out of your mind, ya know?
Seattle: I mean, since it's a party hosted by you girls from the Ironblood... why don't you hangout with them and relax a bit, ya?
Roon: ... Oh, Seattle and Ibuki? Fufu, I am glad everyone could join the party~
Ibuki: I-it's a p-pleasure to meet you... Forgive me, this is my first time attending such a foreign "party".
Seattle: There is nothing to be nervous about, Ibuki! Just remember, parties are for partying!
Seattle: So don't overthink things and just do what you wanna do!
Roon: It's exactly as she says~ Everyone has their way of enjoying a party~ Seattle, Ibuki - can I ask you two to give me a tour around the venue and then hang out together?

4. A Classic Conclusion?

Although some of the girls were reluctant to join in at first, it seems that in the end it everyone started enjoying themselves.

Deutschland: Ahahahaha! What's the matter, "Pipsqueak Queen"? Are you left speechless by how perfect our party was?
Queen Elizabeth: Who are you calling "Pipsqueak Queen"! And you are hardly taller than a destroyer yourself!
Deutschland: What did you just say?!

It's quite amazing how seriously they are taking this silly quarrel.
Graf Spee: Nee-chan! Please stop fighting!
Belfast: I am rather moved to see those two becoming such good friends.
Both: "Friends", HAH!!

It doesn't seem this quarrel will end on its own... I suppose it's time to use "that" to end the night.
Both: What was that?!
(Boooom!)

Deutschland: Are those...
Deutschland: ...fu,fufufu, AHAHAHAHA! How was *that*? Did you see the fireworks my servant prepared?
Queen Elizabeth: Well...compared to the Royal Navy's fireworks they're not that bad... wait a minute, aren't those from the Sakura summer festival!
Deutschland: Sh-she figured it out!?

Good thing they let me have some of the leftovers from the fireworks workshop. I'll need to stop by Akashi's shop later to say my thanks.
Prinz Eugen: Looks like watching fireworks while drinking makes the liquor taste even better.
Jean Bart: Even the Ironbloods are doing stuff like that... I guess you gotta be flashy when the situation calls for it.
U47: So loud....
Roon: I hope I get to see such beautiful "fireworks" on the battlefield too~
Seattle: Ahaha, aha... wh-what did you mean by that...?
Yuudachi: Shoukaku! Nom nom... look, fireworks!
Shoukaku: Ah, didn't I tell you to not talk with your mouth full?

Under the dazzling light of those beautiful fireworks the party came to an end. I hope we can have such a party again in the future...
