  3. First, make a new email account it can be any yahoo,gmail,hotmail, etc.
  4. Now go to https://epicgames.helpshift.com/a/epic-accounts/?contact=1
  5. Go to the bottom and click contact us,for the issue you MUST PUT
  6. Update epic games account or it wont work
  7. Use the email you just created and fill out the rest of the form
  8. On the description say the follwing:

I also recommend putting the time and date you downloaded the game also mention the game up downloaded. MAKE UP TO 5 PURCHASES

For Ex: Dauntless You can play the game 5 times preferably Logging in and logging out 5 times just to clarify you own the account ( this will also created an invoice ID that you can use. i recommend buying at least 3 games but 5 games maximum just for clarification)

( Just use that name that you currently have since there is no way you can get the original display name unless unverified then the current name is the original ) I also recommend not changing the name before making the account full access because changing the name or password would let the og owner that there account has been compromised so they will probably change the password in result of you losing your account , but if unverified the he the password INSTANTLY but don’t inspect element to change your name.

  47. • Last 4 digits of the first payment card used on the account ( If a paypal account is linked to the epic and not card provide the email of the paypal account ex: [email protected] is the paypal linked use that for instead of the card, BUT if a card is in fact linked to the epic use the card State The Type Of Card and the last 4 Digits. For Ex: Mastercard 1234

  49. • Date of your last login ( I recommend putting the Exact date and time you logged in just for 100% Proof but remember to log in and log out 5 times from 1 location and that location will be registered that you potentially own the account so epic can know that you played on the account before for a while.

  51. • Names of any PlayStation, Switch, Twitch, or Xbox accounts connected to your Epic Games account and the dates when they were connected. ( YOU CAN UNLINK ANY ACCOUNT THAT WAS Previously Connected to the epic and connect any account that you have and say that It was connected on the date you connected. For Example: I have a account that is PSN linkable but not xbox if verified Unlink the xbox and link the PSN account that you have. I also recommend sending the Time you linked the account since you are unlinking a account that was previously linked and linking an account that was never linked before so state the EXACT TIME AND DAY YOU LINK THE ACCOUNT. - FinessingGirls#9999
