This is such a tough topic and so i hope writing this out will give you some space for consideration before “talking” about it.


My goal is to find a balance with my contributions that feels fair to both of us.


“My mother” gifted me a bunch of $ to help me escape Keith, to have a way to my own life! and to help you (how i wanted) as an assurance that i would have a place to live. I have given at least $15k plus several months of “my share” to monthly payments.



Will i see any equity benefit out of this ? It should represent about 2 1/2 years of “free rent,” so that you could theoretically keep the equity for yourselves.



Otherwise, how do you see my contribution sorting out for the things it was meant for ? How do we sort the extent of gift you get and the extent of benefit i receive for being a paying owner ?



Minus my recreation and food (figure the food out myself because you Suck), i wonder how much i really cost around here ?
