(8:38:21 AM) Ikiryo: (1:13:13 PM) Ikiryo: "We are on a ship being shot at by our allies?"
(8:38:21 AM) Ikiryo: (1:14:45 PM) Altea: "No, besides that."
(8:38:21 AM) Ikiryo: (1:15:16 PM) Altea: "We can steal the Kinslayer spear! And everything else! And punch Hugo into the sun!"
(8:38:32 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn just raises an eyebrow at the other girl.
(8:41:38 AM) Altea: "Hm, though it's probably not realistic to do ALL of that..."
(8:41:45 AM) Altea: "Hey, got any ideas for how we can leave the ship?"
(8:42:05 AM) Ikiryo: "...well, it's got teleportation systems most likely." She nods.
(8:42:28 AM) Altea: "Okay, then..."
(8:42:32 AM) ***Altea starts thinking really really hard.
(8:44:44 AM) Ikiryo: That hurts.
(8:45:18 AM) Altea: "Well, I think maybe we should find the teleport bay first."
(8:45:32 AM) Altea: "It'd be pretty bad for you if we got shot down."
(8:47:18 AM) Ikiryo: "...pretty sure it would be bad for you too."
(8:48:06 AM) Altea: "Maybe, yeah. Anyway, let's secure the teleport bay without drawing too much attention, and go from there."
(8:49:13 AM) Ikiryo: She nods. "Right, easy enough."
(8:49:31 AM) Altea: "Okay." She thinks again. "I have no idea where that is."
(8:51:18 AM) Ikiryo: She pauses. "...neither do I."
(8:51:55 AM) Altea: "Okay, new first job. Find a map or a blueprint or something."
(8:55:27 AM) Ikiryo: She nods. "I can get that if we can find a terminal to plug into."
(8:58:48 AM) ***Altea walks over to a door and opens it.
(9:00:11 AM) Ikiryo: ...oh, that is a dozen of those drones. Staring right at her.
(9:00:24 AM) ***Altea closes the door.
(9:02:23 AM) Ikiryo: "Anything there?" Ainlinn is looking through another one.
(9:02:57 AM) Altea: "Huge thing of drones."
(9:06:07 AM) Ikiryo: "Likewise. I don't think they are active."
(9:06:33 AM) Altea: "That's good. Maybe this hall is just storage."
(9:09:25 AM) Ikiryo: "If it is, it's storing a LOT of drones for something."
(9:10:18 AM) Altea: "We knew Hugo was allying with those other bad people for something. This is probably his contribution. Anyway, let's find a new area."
(9:11:59 AM) ***Altea goes down the hall in a direction.
(9:14:40 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn follows, dagger in hand. "If he's got the drones on board, that means he has a few of the people who control them too. I don't honestly know how many people he needs in order to pilot the ship."
(9:15:24 AM) Altea: "Yeah, I don't know much about Belkan designs."
(9:15:32 AM) Altea: "Too bad Alexa isn't here."
(9:16:50 AM) Ikiryo: She shakes her head. "I don't know much about them either other than they involve a heap of compensation."
(9:19:26 AM) Altea: "Yeah I bet these things are expensive. Is this hallway gonna end anytime soon?"
(9:21:26 AM) Ikiryo: It doesn't seem like it. Seriously, they've been walking for nearly five minutes now and while there are plenty of doors off to the side, no actual sightings of the end of the hallway.
(9:21:36 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn frowns. "Weird."
(9:22:36 AM) Altea: "Maybe it's some weird magic."
(9:23:11 AM) Ikiryo: "...maybe. I mean..." She pauses "...well, that's odd."
(9:24:22 AM) Ikiryo: There is an odd black mark on the floor in front of them. Like the one where they arrived on the ship.
(9:25:03 AM) Altea: "Isn't this where we arrived?"
(9:25:42 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn nods. "It is. The corridor is straight though."
(9:26:18 AM) Altea: "Hmm. Wait, isn't the Jager family thing mind magic?"
(9:26:49 AM) Ikiryo: "You think something is happening to us?" She nods again. "I'm going to stab him. A lot."
(9:27:36 AM) Altea: "It's all I can think of that makes sense."
(9:27:41 AM) Altea: "My other option was treadmill floors."
(9:29:22 AM) Ikiryo: "...pretty sure it's not that." She sighs. "I have no clue how you break mind magic stuff from inside it."
(9:30:58 AM) Altea: "Maybe we go totally off the rails?"
(9:31:41 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn nods. "Right, so smash stuff. I'm not surprised~" She smirks.
(9:33:26 AM) Altea: "Yep!"
(9:33:28 AM) ***Altea punches a wall
(9:40:18 AM) Ikiryo: The wall shakes...bending and distorting in a way a wall shouldn't.
(9:41:02 AM) ***Altea punches it again.
(9:45:06 AM) Ikiryo: It ripples like water in a lake, after she dropped a rock in...
(9:45:28 AM) ***Altea rears back, ready to hit it with everything she has.
(9:47:46 AM) Ikiryo: The wall shatters like glass...and she finds herself lying face down in the corridor...a very nervous Hugo staring at her. "W-What...how...get me back to the bridge, now!" He shimmers, the familiar sight of a teleportation spell going off. His voice echos over the ship. "Take out those intruders, now!"
(9:48:04 AM) Ikiryo: Ainlinn is lying by Altea, holding her head as the sound of clanking feet approaches...
(9:48:28 AM) Altea: "You should know better Hugo! There's nothing in this galaxy I can't break!"
(9:48:43 AM) ***Altea takes position over Ainlinn to make sure she has the time she needs to recover.
(9:49:23 AM) Ikiryo: "I'm...I'm alright." She gets to her feet. "Arg, I feel like someone took a shard of glass to my brain." Altea can't say she feels much better.
