1. A Live Commentary As I Look At This Quiz, As Taken By Me:
2.
3. 1) Aww, cute question!
4. 2) What does this question actually... mean?
5. 3) The fuck is that? *falls over laughing*
6. 4) Okay, this one's at least fair but I'm still cackling over the previous one
7. 5) Okay fair.
8. 6) I... okay this is a fair question, I grant you.
9. 7) Sure, sure
10. 8) Oh... kay?
11. 9) Sure. Little buzzwordy phrasing but sure.
12. 10) SIGH. Buzzwordy. At least it's intelligible.
13. 11) I mean, this is *quite* applicable for fictional characters, but was this intended for actual people?
14. 12) Oh vomit
15. 13) This is just a passive-tone rephrasing of 9 (I think it was 9).
16. 14) Not unfair, although the phrasing is a little weird.
17. 15) What. I-- what.
18. 16) Actually fair; in a real world situation, a little self-aggrandizing but good for fictional characters!
19. 17) Fair, I still don't like passive tone, this feels like a goddamn job interview (also, again, questions about "otherworldly," is that Titania?)
20. 18) Little buzzword-y but fair.
21. 19) Tamatoa, is that you?
22. 20) Someone did not proofread this. Also, is that you, Alexander?
23. 21) On the one hand, one form of self-aggrandizing. On the other, there is almost no time that isn't head-up-your-ass, except in the arts and even then only sometimes (why not both? Honestly!) Anyway, little buzzwordy but in a surprising way.
24. 22) Moana, is that you? Sorry, Animal Crossing Villager, if I mistook you for her.
25. 23) Self-aggrandizing buzzwords. Great for fictional protagonists tho.
26. 24) No really, is this a job interview, and is this one for a sex worker or a model? Not in a shamey way, but I cannot imagine literally anyone else using the word "desirable" as "speaks to me." If it's not a legitimate job question, barf.
27. 25) the fuck do those buzzwords mean? also, again, self-aggrandizing.
28. 26) ... yeeeaaah that one's fair.
29. 27) Oh my GOD. AGAIN! There was already a question about "disciplined!" It's the weird passivity or "this word captures me and my life" rather than "I think I am a disciplined person." It's not even a buzzword thing, it's a buzz-idiom thing.
30. 28) STOP. WITH. THE. PASSIVE. DESCRIPTION. Also, who is described by others as deep and secretive. What.
31. 29) Reasonable, if again, strangely buzz-idiom-y
32. 30) "I am the kind of person who is not afraid to question the status quo" OR, "I am not afraid to question the status quo." SERIOUSLY it's not even the weird wording, it's the non-committal passive tone bullshit that is buzz-idiomatic! It's so stupid!
33. 31) Actually reasonable!
34. 32) AGAIN. "I spend a lot of time in reverie" is pretentious but still, like, reasonable. JFC.
35. 33) Still stupid phrasing, also the sort of thing it's self-aggrandizing to say and also people can be very wrong about themselves.
36. 34) Okay this is a valid personality test question.
37. 35) Sigh. Not actually the worst of these, I'll be honest. Especially for a personality test thing. I can admit to that.
38. 36) Reasonable for fictional character, but not so much for a normal person?
39. 37) Topical. Sure, I'm good with this.
40. 38) I still loathe the super passive "I am a person who" instead of just "I [do whatever the thing is]."
41. 39) WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?! ARE THEY ASKING PEOPLE WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE STARS VISITING EARTH A LA YOUNG WIZARDS?! OR FAIRIES?!
42. 40) Kind of pretentious and self-aggrandizing in a lot of circumstances... but also very common in certain justice activism circles, so I actually give this a pass. (Even if it's a little buzz-idiomatic.)
43. 41) JUST SAY "I AM FEARLESS" AND NOT "FEARLESS IS A GOOD DESCRIPTION OF ME." STOP. BEING. PASSIVE.
44. 42) Yeah. That's legit.
45. 43) Not... too bad. Honestly not too bad.
46. 44) a: just say I am self-confident. b: the phrasing is self-aggrandizing and buzz-idiomatic and so utterly vacuous.
47. 45) A little eh, very good for fictional characters, and honestly puts me in mind of my Jewish grandmother so it gets a pass.
48. 46) I give up on the whole passivity thing. I just give up.
49. 47) Just. Just say "I like to gossip." Ugh. This is so inane.
50. 48) Eh. Not... It's self-aggrandizing. And really, again, just makes me think of job interviews. Not horrible, but very corporate job interview-ish.
51. 49) Oh for fuck's sake none of this makes you deep or insightful or impressive. Just stop. Barf.
52. 50) The phrasing is still stupid. The question itself isn't.
53.
54. In summary: Wow this was so inane.
