  1. When I first joined the clan I had a warm welcome by all of the clan members. I doubt as many of them knew me, but they decided to give me a chance; They would not regret it. Six months later I decided I had enough of the clan, because at the time Worm, WireDD, and Czar were not setting the best example, and not making the best decisions for the clan and the community. After I left, a few people followed me but eventually came back to the clan. A few months later, I decided my break was over and wanted to be the best I could be for KoR. I always took in suggestions from my peers, until I learned my way around being a moderator. Eventually, I was promoted to Moderator, but decided to leave again after a few weeks being a mod. At the time KoR was going through a lot internally since there was a lot of abuse going on, even by the admins at the time. Worm and WireDD broke off and formed RandomKeywhacking. So, I decided to follow them to see how things would turn out. I learned quickly that RK was not the clan for me. I found myself back in KoR, but this time I shot straight to the top. A few month's later Aaron5367, Stewie, and ProfessorF decided that some changes needed to be made in our staff. That some inactive members should be weeded out some top moderator positions. To my surprise, I was one of the few that were promoted to a position which would prove to require more responsibility. I was an finally an Administrator.

  3. During my time as an Administrator I had to make some changes to my attitude. I felt like I was on trial, I needed to prove myself worthy to the Council. I knew where I needed improvement. Eventually, the admins started to trust me, then I realized that I had it. I could relax. I have not witnessed any major changes to KoR since I got Admin. However, change is approaching.

  5. We at KoR want the community to know that we want to be fair with everyone and that we are always taking your suggestions/opinions into consideration, even if they are silly most of the time. We are a family, we like to take in new recruits and show them that we are not just cruel moderators, we're real good friends. Who knows what KoR has in store for its future? I can assure you KoR is going to continue growing and expanding. Just like a family.
