- Eat a Lot:
- This sounds much easier than it really is. Whatever you’re eating now, you should probably double it. If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal. This is going to be difficult for a few weeks because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.
- Skip meals
- Eat as often as possible
- Eat food with high calories
- Foremost, double the intake of protein in your daily diet.
- Protein, fat, carbohydrates, fibre content, vitamins and minerals intake can only increase your weight
- Divide your meal into 5 small meals at frequent intervals every day.
- Potato chips, cheese items, boiled items, oil content foods, pizzas, and burgers will play a major role in increasing the weight to greater extent.
- Consume Primarily Fast Food and Convenience Food Items
- Avoid Exercise at All Costs
- Eat at least three ice creams a day: Ice creams have lots of calories that help you put on some extra kilos in your tummy. One serve of ice cream contain just over 200 calories. Three times a day makes it 600 calories, that is equal to 100 grams of body weight. So you will put on 3 kg in a month.
- Eat cake and biscuits between meals
- Never do exercise: Doing exercise will burn off your fat.
