shitty gist......start of the new week and mc feeling refreshed, think how he is about to move in with his girl and how his pay has increased now......he gets up super motivated and heads into work...he clocks in and see cierra and candacnce and tells them ...good morning...cierra looking at candance and ask doesnt mc look like he is in too much of a good mood....his aura is glowing, she said it almost creepy and they looking at each other thinking, we should investigate.  They approach mc and tells him how they should eat lunch together, and they will not accept no as an option... franks smiles and says no problem let me know when later....for some reason frank aura annoys them and they ask mc why is he so happy, he says well i never thought you guys would of ask, but now that you have I will tell you....frank spill the beans and tells them how everything is so good right now,  and he about to get a new place and how he has never felt better in his entire life...they looking at him, cierra says well glad someone is happy, my life is in shambles, she tells mc how what fucked her over, and frank is like damn....that FUCKED UP.....why would he do that....she says she ask herself the same question......frank ask if there is anything he can do to help, she just tells him she just needs a shoulder from time to time that all....frank tells her to not feel so bad and she is an amazing woman, and what is just not the right guy for her.  He tells her how she has so much going for her, and for what to not see that, just means he aint the one for her.

Scene jumps to them all eating lunch together and making jokes.  Frank says how its amazing how we have become so close with each other and how he has grown alot from hanging out with them.  He tells him i dont know if you guys are interested but my friend bday party is coming up soon and I dont know if you guys would be interested in coming.  He says how he was going to invite his gf, but at the same time it might not be a good thing, but it might be fun and good for you guys to come.  (He thinking how alot of guys are going to be there and maybe cierra can get to know someone there)....they agree quickly and mc says thanks and how he looks forward to seeing them there

Scene jumps to cierra and candance at home together talking about the invite, candance thinking the same as frank, that cierra just needs some new dick, but cierra is thinking how this might be her opportunity to get closer to mc.
