Dear Captain Den,

I've been noticing alot of abuse of the HSU vehicles the last weeks. This also counts in some code 2 where the suspect is heading towards the water.To prevent that these vehicles are getting abused I would like to set-up the Special Vehicle Unit. Also known as SVU.
The unit's goal will be that the members of the SPOT unit. Get some skills in driving and if they're good that they get permission to drive the HSU vehicles with ofcourse some rules.
This will not only help the people who are actually joining the SVU but it will help the regular troopers aswell as they also get trained.
I would like to know what your opinion is about this?
