She was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada for 11 years. When her parents decided to retire, they went back to South Korea and put up a small restaurant that is now being managed by Yuhui and her older sister. Yuhui didn't grow up as shy. As a child, she was very lively and cheerful—bringing smiles to everyone with her endless energy..that was until high school—where everyone was judged and bullied for minor things. She made a promise to herself to restrain herself from doing stupid stuff and embarrassing herself, so she stayed quiet most of time and didn't like receiving unwanted attention since she was scared that she would make a fool out of herself in front of everybody. People around her were so confident and bold that she found it intimidating, this is why she is so reserved and fear being around strangers and acquaintances. She always looked up to her sister because of how her older sister could immediately strike a conversation with someone without stuttering or turning red, unlike herself who can barely utter a word when asked 'How are you?'. Her parents always compare her to her older sister due to her older sister's confidence and assertiveness.

She is very secretive towards her mom but she tells her mom stories about how her day went and how her classmates were so that her mom would never suspect her of being secretive. [ + ] Yi Mina -Older Sister; Yuhui's older sister is Yuhui's best friend. She tells her older sister EVERYTHING and can never lie to her. She rants to her sister, complains and story tells. When Yuhee is with her sister, she is SUPER talkative since she is the only person she really trusts.

She is idealistic and imaginative so she daydreams all the time about scenarios she thinks that will never happen. She has a very low self-esteem and often brings herself down. She tries to be friendly towards everyone and doesn't like anyone feeling alone or misunderstood. She can sometimes come off as cold when an acquaintance/stranger comes up and talks to her and she doesn't reply—this is because she doesn't know what to say and is scared of blabbering out something random so she needs a lot of time to think before she can speak. She doesn't like unwanted attention and blushes when she is given one. She is sometimes clumsy and oblivious(especially to sarcasm). However, she is kind-hearted and understanding, always seeing the good in people. She doesn't like exposing herself though because she fears that people will know a lot about her one day and use it to an advantage to bully/blackmail her so she reveals very little about herself but at the same time, she's trying to make people think that they know a lot about her when they really don't. She is open-minded so she is able to see two sides of an argument and can mediate. She is easily jealous(because she has a low self-esteem) and uses this jealousy to remind herself that she's not good enough. She is also very sensitive—especially towards criticism.

He is bold and confident—raising his hand to participate in classes, approaching strangers with ease and conversing with people naturally. He also doesn't care about what others say about him and is very carefree. He is also understanding and very chivalrous. However, he is too selfless that people take advantage of him. He can also be a bit clingy and easily jealous. He can sometimes go overboard when trying to take people out of their comfort zone since he likes making friends and tries his hardest to be friends with others.

[ + ] Before: When they still aren't that close, she acts quiet around him and mostly stutters when she talks to him and turns red. She tries her best to converse with him though. She also observes him from afar and secretly hopes that he would look in her direction. She always tries to find ways to bump into him but to not converse with him.
[ + ] After: She is able to communicate with him but she still thinks about which words to choose and how she phrases the sentences when talking to him—she doesn't stutter anymore though. She also makes jokes/puns alongside with him. She still blushes around him but it is minimal.

how does the love interest act around your character? ::
[ + ] Before: He tries to befriend her and take her out of her comfort zone. He tries to make her laugh with jokes and puns, even if they were bad ones. He doesn't think of her as something important though, that's why he doesn't talk much to her when he figures that he can't break her out of her shell.
[ + ] After: He gets very clingy and touchy around her. He still acts a tad bit the same though—making her laugh and cracking up jokes. He always tries his hardest to show her that he likes her and appreciates her, he isn't very subtle about how he feels about her though. He also gets easily jealous, sulking when he thinks that she likes someone else.
