- 🥜 No-Bake Energy Bites
- *** Ingredients (makes ~18–20 balls)
- 2 scoops Melaleuca Fiberwise All Purpose (unflavored)
- 1 scoop Melaleuca ProFlex protein powder (vanilla or chocolate, your choice)
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional, for extra binding & omega-3s)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- *** Instructions
- 1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Fiberwise, ProFlex, flaxseed/chia (if using), and salt. Stir to evenly distribute powders.
- 2. Add Wet Ingredients:
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir with a sturdy spoon or spatula until the mixture starts to come together (it will be thick and sticky).
- 3. Fold in Chocolate Chips
- Mix in the mini chocolate chips until evenly spread.
- 4. Chill & Roll
- Place the bowl in the fridge for 20–30 minutes (this makes rolling easier). Then scoop out about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
- *** Store
- Keep energy bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- *** Nutrition (per bite, ~20 bites total)
- ~120–140 calories
- ~6g protein
- ~4–5g fiber
- ~12g carbs
- ~6g healthy fat
- (Numbers vary depending on exact peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips used.)
- 👉 Tweaks if you want to experiment:
- Use coconut flakes or dried cranberries instead of chocolate chips.
- Swap almond butter + maple syrup for a lighter flavor.
- Add a splash of almond milk if the mix feels too dry (Fiberwise can thicken quickly).
