  1. 🥜 No-Bake Energy Bites

  4. 2 scoops Melaleuca Fiberwise All Purpose (unflavored)
  5. 1 scoop Melaleuca ProFlex protein powder (vanilla or chocolate, your choice)
  6. 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  7. ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  8. ⅓ cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
  9. ½ cup mini chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
  10. 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional, for extra binding & omega-3s)
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. Pinch of sea salt

  16. 1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
  17. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Fiberwise, ProFlex, flaxseed/chia (if using), and salt. Stir to evenly distribute powders.

  20. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir with a sturdy spoon or spatula until the mixture starts to come together (it will be thick and sticky).

  23. Mix in the mini chocolate chips until evenly spread.

  26. Place the bowl in the fridge for 20–30 minutes (this makes rolling easier). Then scoop out about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
