  35. - Head southeast towards War Party hideout, talk to guy outside and say yes
  36. - Head straight to the gym afterwards

  38. > Confusion Machop if 2 used on Swablu and battling Fin for 23
  39. - Gym Leader Thomas: Psyshock Hitmonlee, Psyshock Hitmontop, Psyshock Hitmonchan
  40. - Go immediately to the Mart
  41. > 5F: Sell Charcoal, buy 2 X Speeds, 6 X Specials, 1 Guard Spec

  44. - Leave Abyss City heading north through Nettle Town, then head west/north through Route 5 until you arrive at Shadowfell

  47. > Pick up Route 5 Rare Candy

  51. - Talk to guy right of Game Corner, then enter Game Corner
  52. - Go to northeast room, then turn on switch on right statue
  53. - Pick up both Irons (first item and item right of scientist)
  54. - Take elevator to basement, receive Rock Smash from Yokunai, head back to ground floor and leave hideout
  55. - Exit Shadowfell, heading west to rocks
  56. > Teach Rock Smash to slave

  58. ROUTE 6
  59. - Use a Super Repel at some point (it's dependent)

  61. - Aroma Lady Adel: Psyshock Roselia

  63. VIOLET CITY
  64. - Head to northwest area and enter the Trainer Tower
  65. - Use Rare Candy, use Super Repel, save
  66. - Channeler Betsy: Psyshock Gastly
  67. - Blitz to top, save before Gengar, catch it and name it a 1-character name
  68. - Swap Gengar to the front of the party and use a Rare Candy on it
  69. - Head to gym (southeast from tower)

  71. VIOLET CITY GYM
  72. - Take right pad
  73. - Take right pad
  74. - Take right-most pad
  75. - Take upper-most pad
  76. - Take upper-left pad
  77. - Gym Leader Nicole: Shadow Ball Galvantula, Shadow Ball Zebstrika, Shadow Ball Raichu, Shadow Ball Jolteon

  81. - Head west, talk to Ray, get Surf
  82. - Head east to Mart:
  83. > Sell 2 Irons, Buy 5 Hyper Potions and 15 Super Repels
  84. - At water, use Super Repel, teach Surf, then teach Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam to Gengar (slots 1 and 2)
  85. > Keep Super Repels up for rest of game
  86. - Surf north, then east to Alder Town
  87. - Head north and Surf through Route 9 to reach Rantipole Town

  89. RANTIPOLE TOWN
  90. - Immediately go west and then south to the Rantipole Caves
  91. - Make your way through the cave, go through the tile puzzle and talk to Yokunai
  92. - Run to back room then exit immediately; leave hideout
  93. - Once outside hideout, use Teleport, deposit Kadabra and non-Surf slave
  94. - Head south back through Route 9 to Alder Town and head to the gym in the northeast area
  95.  
  96. ALDER TOWN GYM
  97. - Take the upper right teleporter, then take the upper left (the same one you just appeared on)
  98. - Gym Leader Ilsa: Shadow Ball Exeggutor, Shadow Ball Alakazam, Shadow Ball Bronzong, Shadow Ball Starmie
  99. > Thunderbolt Starmie if Gengar used Shadow Ball before catch/if <115 SpA
  100. - Exit gym, head north through Route 9 to reach Rantipole Town, then head northeast to gym
  101.  
  102. RANTIPOLE GYM
  103. - Surf straight to the leader
  104. - Gym Leader Bruce: Send slave out to die, X Special, Thunderbolt Blastoise, Thunderbolt Feraligatr, Dazzling Gleam Kingdra
  105. - Exit gym, then head east towards Route 10 and surf
  106.  
  107. ROUTE 10/JALOP TOWN/ROUTE 13
  108. - Head east on Route 10 until you reach Jalop Town
  109. - Once at Jalop Town, head south to the water:
  110. > Grab Rare Candy
  111. > Teach Strength to Gengar + use Candy
  112. - Once on land, go to Center and withdraw other slave
  113. - Head south and east, picking up Fly from Ray along the way
  114.  
  115. NIGHTSHADE
  116. - Buy 3 Revives at the Mart
  117. - Head to Gym immediately
  118. - You must fight all 3 illusions of the gym leader to fight the gym leader for real
  119. - Jasper 1: Shadow Ball Golurk
  120. - Jasper 2: Shadow Ball Chandelure
  121. - Jasper 3: Shadow Ball Gengar
  122. - Gym Leader Jasper: Shadow Ball Golurk, Shadow Ball Gengar, Shadow Ball Chandelure, Shadow Ball Gengar
  123. - Exit gym, head to Feverfew Desert

  125. FEVERFEW DESERT
  126. - Go immediately left into the corner and press A to activate the flag
  127. - Head west towards the cave entrance and receive Flash
  128. - Head down and fight the Ranger
  129. - Pokemon Ranger Gwen: Thunderbolt Loudred, Thunderbolt Kirlia
  130. > Shadow Ball Kirlia if Thunderbolted Starmie
  131. - Head east then north, break through two rocks, then head east/north/west to Strength puzzle
  132. - Make your way past Strength puzzle, take ladder up, exit cave, then head south to another cave
  133. - Take very first entrance possible
  134. - Head east past rocks and boulders, head south, then head west as soon as possible
  135. - Head up a set of stairs and ignore every ladder, crossing two bridges
  136. - Mash through cutscene, receive Master Ball, catch Groudon, give it a 1-character name
  137. - Make your way out of the cave
  138. - Once completely out of cave, teach Fly, swap Groudon to slot 1, Fly to Nettle Town
  139. > Teach Bulk Up to Groudon in slot 2
  140. > Check if Groudon has 96+ speed
  141.  
  142. NETTLE TOWN/ROUTE 8
  143. - Head north on Route 8 towards Orchid Town
  144.  
  145. ORCHID TOWN
  146. - Head northwest to gym
  147. - Gym Leader Greg: Bulk Up x2, (heal, X Speed,) Guard Spec, Earthquake Absol, Earthquake Mightyena, Earthquake Stoutland, Ancient Power + Earthquake Houndoom, Earthquake Granbull, Earthquake Arcanine

  149. - Exit gym, head north, avoid trainers, enter "Victory Road"
  150. - Take most northeast ladder (have to go around some other ladders), exit cave, head north immediately to Elite Four
