- S56 represents the Original Fullname of the user for the OwningUserID field of the source entity. You need to include the original entity and link the systemuser entity and then include the new_originalfullname user field in the source mapping for this to work. In short this looks up the owning users by the user fullname by looking it up in the systemuser table in Dynamics 365. Note that if you don't have a difference in the user's full names, you can simply map to the OwningUserID field vs. mapping to a custom field that has the correct and original username field that was used when setting up Dynamics 365.
- IF(ISERROR(DBLookup(S56,"D365","systemuser","fullname","systemuserid")),"69411a2e-8403-e711-81dd-fc15b4287754",(DBLookup(S56,"D365","systemuser","fullname","systemuserid")))
