Problem with corrupt Windows reinstallation

  1. Hey everyone, I need help with reinstalling Windows from within a corrupt installation with quite specific kinks and limitations, such as:
  2. -Most of the drivers are fucked, including HDD which prevents me from connecting to the internet, installing anything and fiddling with drivers/device manager lest it freezes and crashes.
  3. -Attempting to reboot causes a hang on a black screen, eventually resulting in a BSOD (error 'DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE'), which fast-reboots normally thus cancelling and/or preventing any attempt to boot in safe mode.
  4. -Entering recovery mode by holding Shift on reboot and resetting windows causes a hang and eventually a BSOD of the same error code.
  5. -I have no access to a USB drive nor internet to download a Windows bootable installer to put on it.
