-	I wanna help the server grow and moderate it.

-	Good at getting rid of conflicts between players. He can stop arguments easily.
What is your goal as a staff member?
-	To help the server improve and keep the server free of hackers and rule breakers.
Do you have previous server experience (moderating)? If so, where and how big was the server?
-	Moderated a small Minecraft server with a playerbase of 10. approx. 2 years ago.
If you could change one thing about our staff team (it could be positive or negative), what would you change and why?
-	He would try to raise staff activity by hiring more staff from different timezones. He’ll be online to fill an empty spot when no one else is.
Is there a specific staff member that inspired you to be staff? If so, why? Do you aspire to be like this staff member?
-	No.

Scenarios:
There’s someone hacking on our network. You as a Chat Moderator cannot ban players. You’ve already tried to ask for a Moderator to come online, but they say they are all busy. What do you do?
-	Record it and send it to a staff member.
A spam bot logs in. They are flooding the chat. They’re obviously a troll. When you check the staff document, it says that the first offense is a warn and then the next is a three hour mute. How would you punish this player?
-	He would mute them since they’re a bot, and they wouldn’t be warned anyways.
As a new staff member, you’re at the lowest of the ranks, a Chat Moderator. If people begin to disrespect you, what would you do?
-	He would warn them appropriately and not overreact, and he would let a higher staff know if they keep disrespecting after a mute or warn.
