Poison Attunement

Skill(or transformation): Poison Attunement (Resend)
Reasons:
* Told to resend app by two on the team.
* Snake, but also King Cobra type. Very poison.
* Since stuff is more appable this wipe rather than automated, I can be held back later if proven too strong in regards to other earned things!
* I'm going swordless style no matter what enablement path, so shanking is 100%
* Pretty sub-optimal combination. Really requires some big efforts to keep up and go even. Poison would likely aid in this while keeping to my thematic snake assassin.
