  4. Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference. I definitely agree with that agreement. I think that a bad attitude is a big problem in our current world.
  5. Firstly I would like to say that in my opinion a positive attitude can help you to get to places in life which you could not get while having a negative one. I ran into multiple situations where remaining calm and keeping a positive attitude helped me majorly. For example, once I was presenting a project in front of my class. I was quite nervous, because I thought I did not do the presentation right. Although I was nervous I remained calm and told myself everything will be okay and nothing bad will happen even if I do not succeed. After I was done presenting the teacher told me to sit down. After everyone finished she told us our grades and I scored the maximum. Consequently I was really happy and I truly believed that the positive attitude helped me in many ways.
  6. Furthermore I think it truly makes a difference on the way you act and feel. Having a negative attitude definitely does not make you feel good about yourself and when you have a negative attitude you may be harsh to your close ones without noticing. In addition you can hurt them and they might not want to talk to you anymore. For instance, I once was in a very bad mood and had a negative attitude because of an event that happened recently which no one knew about. After that day once I came to school in a good mood, had a good attitude and was ready for the day my friends decided to tell me that I was acting rude to them yesterday and that they would like me to apologize. I was surprised since I do not remember being rude to them in any way. They said I was off my usual mood the whole day and I realized that my bad mood and a negative attitude really did make a big difference. I am so glad I did not lose any friends of mine.
  7. Lastly I would like to say that a good attitude can help you improve stress management as well as mental health. I have not dealt with many mental health issues. Stress was not really a problem either. But from what I have heard from my friends and my family that a good attitude definitely helps to get through hard times. Just the thought that after some time everything will come back to normal can help you keep on going. A positive attitude can help you avoid negative thoughts.
  8. In conclusion I personally think this statement is true. Attitude can certainly change a lot of things. It really does make a big difference and I found it out myself as well.
