Laws

The laws of Tensaiga are rather simple, But mostly common sense, But because alot of you lack that. They will be outlined and updated for the sake of everyone.

Each offense is a case by case situation that can be punished by anything ranging from, Fines, to Death. The punishments for a major crime will be decidied by a court consisting of atleast two high ranking officials, and a jury of atleast 3 citizens of Tensaiga.

The following list of offenses is illegal:

Murder or any form of manslaughter is Illegal, If lethal force is used agaisnt one's person, One is entitle to defend themselve.

Assault upon a citizen or a warrior of this village is not allowed, Sparring on the other hand is fine.

All fights are to be done within the arena, Ignoring this law could result in punishment ranging from a fine, physical punishment, or imprisonment.

Using Lethal force is a spar is considered assault and will follow the same rules, If someone is killed this is considered Murder.

The age to drink and of consent is both 16.

Rape of any kind or nature is Illegal.

The stealing of Hiden techniques, Organs, or anything of that nature is a serious offense and will be treated as such.

Human experimentation is illegal without the individual's consent to be experimented on, Dissecting of a citizen or warrior's corpse is an offense if one doesn't have permission from corpse's next of kin, or expressed permission from a figure of high authority.

Withholding information that could endanger the village as a whole or a citizen is offense that will handed as saw fit.

Disobeying the orders of cop during times of duress, (Ie, Combat, Village attacks. And Ect.) can lead to proper punishment.

Stealing of any kind is illegal and will be dealt with as the situation deems it so.

Kidnapping,

Arson or any form of destruction done to our village through the use of techniques or physical strength.

Tresspassing of any kind. Be it Land owned by a clan, Someone's home, or an outsider,

The use of Illegal substances, Be it drugs and the like

Rioting

Public Indecency

Resisting arrest from a cop.

Abusing the power given to you by our city, (Be it a cop, or a doctor)

Pretending to be a Cop, or a High ranking official/Someone with Authority

Refusing medical attention to a citizen or warrior of this village due to personal reasons. (considered murder if they happen to die.)
