Artyom is setting out a full breakfast at the table while Walker looks over some reports with a large mug of coffee in hand as you shuffle in,.(edited)

  10. [6:09 PM] Mary: /me sits there a bit numb and meagan in her arm leaning backwards and being exhausted.

  12. [6:10 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Walker watches Robin head into her room, she gives a small sigh into her coffee as the bed-room door shuts.

  14. [6:14 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "So we're tracking, ah Lilith." Walker speaks up "She's making her way across the Atlantic, if she maintains course she's going to arrive in South America in about a week."

  17. [6:20 PM] Arina: nods. "Yeah, it's the Red Death areas. She's looking for underpopulated areas to rest in."

  20. [6:25 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Artyom strides out of the kitchen and heads for Robin and Arina's room.

  22. [6:28 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Walker jumps up from her seat and rushes over. "Oh god. Artyom?!"'

  24. [6:31 PM] IcePickLobotomy: You can hear Artyom grunting and swearing under his breath while you hear sounds of struggling coming from Robin's room while Walker looks on in horror

  26. [6:33 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Arina you see Ronbin struggling against ARtyom who has the much smaller girl in a sleeper hold. The mirror is broken as Artyom is bleeding freely from a long slash across his face.
  27. [6:34 PM] Arina: 's eyes widen, and she stares helplessly. "Robin..."
  28. [6:34 PM] Mary: looks around in panic and then puts meagan to the ground "stay there" she mutters before running into the chaos
  29. [6:35 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Mary Walker stops you, "Let Artyom handle this. We'll just get in his way." She reaches for the phone on the wall
  30. [6:36 PM] Mary: Mary stops unhappy and then takes up meagan again to get her line if sight away from there.
  31. [6:38 PM] Robin: struggles under Artyom until she breaks free, grunting she hard charges out the door. making a break for it.
  32. [6:38 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Walker reaches into her jacket and pulls out a taser, she snaps off a shot but it flies just past Robin's shoulders. Artyom scrambles to his feet and takes off after the girl, "Stay here, Walker call Security!"
  33. [6:40 PM] Arina: darts to the phone and quick-dials the number. "She's fast, good luck!"
  34. [6:40 PM] John: jumps at the sight of Robin breaking for it out the door and takes chase.
  35. [6:42 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Yes, Pilot Evans. She's undergoing a psycotic break, Artyom is after her but he's been hurt."
  36. [6:46 PM] Arina: wrings her hands, glaring at the phone. "... damn it..."
  37. [6:49 PM] Mary: After a moment she walks over to her and offers the younger pilot a hug.
  38. [6:55 PM] Arina: "How did I not realize...?"
  39. [6:57 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "It's. . It's my fault Arina, I should have been paying better attention to this. This isn't your responsability, it's mine." Walker says

  42. [7:07 PM] Arina: "I knew I'd need to talk to her after this, I just thought I should give her some space first."

  48. [7:21 PM] IcePickLobotomy: About a half hour later, @John and Artyom trudge back into the room. The slash on Artyom's face has stoped bleeding as freely and now just slowly oozes. "Robin's safe now, she's in Medical." He says before heading to the bathroom to wash up.

  50. [7:23 PM] John: As john is walking to his room, he responds with a "No." before disappearing

  52. [7:35 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Artyom emerges from the bathroom, a bandage wrapped around his the cut on his face. He eyes the open door to Arina and Robin's bed-room. "I'll clean up the mess. Mary? Mind grabing the bleach from under the sink please?"(edited)
  53. [7:37 PM] Mary: "Its okay " She nods and gets the bleach "can one of you distract meagan?"
  54. [7:37 PM] John: You hear muffled words from John's room, but no movement
  55. [7:38 PM] Arina: stands up. "I'll help Artyom, you can deal with Megs."
  56. [7:40 PM] Mary: "Thanks Arina" she says after a moment as she gives her the bleach
  57. [7:40 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Inside your room Artyom is busy sweeping up shards of glass and picking them from the dresser. "Mix the bleach with some water Arina, 2 tea-spoons and then fill the one gallon bucket. Cold water."
  58. [7:42 PM] Arina: nods, taking the bleach to the bathroom to prepare it for 'im.
  59. [7:43 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Arina you notice Robin's note book laying on the bed, partially open apearing to have been tossed there half-hazardly. You can see on the floor where the carpet is stained by droplets of blood, thankfully it's a rather small patch overall.
  60. [7:49 PM] Arina: picks up the notebook, checking to make sure it's not too badly damaged, and puts it somewhere safe before getting to work on cleaning.

  63. [6:06 PM] John: pokes arina in the side "Your boyfriend is a hero, you know."
  64. [6:09 PM] IcePickLobotomy: The interior of the base is more crowded than normal, most of the personal are now living as well as working on base.

  66. [6:09 PM] John: "You're a hero too."
  67. [6:09 PM] Arina: "Thank you. I've never been able to catch up to her."
  68. [6:14 PM] Mary: Mary is standing a bit behind the two of them , more then happy to leave space for the two of them
  69. [6:14 PM] IcePickLobotomy: The elevator to the medical section finally opens and several off-duty medical personal stream out, leaving you three to enter.(edited)

  71. [6:18 PM] IcePickLobotomy: You reach the medical layer, @John knows the way as Artyom had mentioend where Robin was being held.
  72. [6:26 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Its a bit of a walk to where Robin is being held. And the Mental Health Ward is fairly empty.

  74. [6:34 PM] Mary: places herself between Arina and a corner as they walk
  75. [6:35 PM] Arina: "She... hasn't been okay for a while, 'better' is all we can hope for."

  77. [6:35 PM] John: "But I mean, physically. Like I hope she hasn't chewed through her restraints or something."
  78. [6:36 PM] IcePickLobotomy: As you turn the corner you see Yeffim heading you way, and behind him is Robin tied to a gurney as a pair of nurses and Dr. Hayes wheel her away, a IV leading into her arm.
  79. [6:37 PM] John: "Is Robin okay? Where are you guys taking her?"
  80. [6:39 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Pilot Evans is being taken for therapy." Yeffim says. Dr. Hayes turns and glances at you three before Yeffim motions to her to keep moving to the elevator at the end of the hallway.
  81. [6:40 PM] Mary: "Doctor Hayes, as I see you there, I would like to /talk/ with you later
  82. [6:41 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Fine. Later, thanks to the Colonel here," she snaps "My schedule for the next week are so is going to be rather busy."
  83. [6:42 PM] Arina: blinks. "I... see...? We were hoping to visit her, but..."
  84. [6:43 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "That will not be possiable at this time." Yeffim says

[6:46 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Oh don't worry," Dr Hayes' voice is sickly sweet as she smiles at Yeffim "A full battery of sedatives and deep-leel hypno-indoctronation therapy work wonders at turning people into the psycological equivelant of a gibbering mess after the short-term gains wear off. She'll be fine for a few months."

  90. [6:47 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Dr. Hayes, I suggest you attend to your duties before I find a replacement for you."

  115. [7:02 PM] Mary: looks between them "Doctor haye, there might be a way to do it without that if I have a right idea but.. wait a day for me there."
  116. [7:04 PM] IcePickLobotomy: She shakes her head "I know what you are thinking Mary, and I'm going to tell you right now that it's a bad idea. Your best bet is to keep a close eye on Robin after this, and try to keep her from killing herself when the conditioning breaks down and she builds a resistance to the drugs."
  117. [7:08 PM] Mary: "Well I still have to plan things and well considering what is some weeks or months away.."

[7:18 PM] Mary: nods and walks closer "I know , it is just.. me hating myself for seeing the reason for it ,and being selfish as I know that she makes my daughter more likely to survive and yet making me a monster for accepting it. And, I do not think that he would blame you for any of this either but accept it also.

  148. [6:44 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @John you see Robin duck around a corner, as you pass it you scramble over Artyom and two workers who've gone down in a tangle of limbs. "John be careful!" The russian shouts as he starts to climbg to his feet.

  150. [6:44 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Robin You see John trailing behind you, not gaining but stll there.
  151. [6:45 PM] Robin: says nothing and continues to run.
  152. [6:49 PM] Robin: is doing something with her hands but you can't see what exactly.
  153. [6:50 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Robin You tear down the stairwell while John follows but loses you. But there's only one door down at the botton. It opens up into the massive cavernious space of the Storage Layer. A sparse few flood lights put up patches of light and shadow amidst the maze of crates and equipment.

  156. [6:52 PM] John: stops at the entrance of the space "Robin where are you?!"

  158. [6:54 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @John and you don't see her, but you do notice a few droplets of blood leading deeper into the storage area
  159. [6:54 PM] John: says nothing to Artyom but points to the blood trail
  160. [6:54 PM] John: He then puts a finger to his lips in a "sshhh" motion
  161. [6:54 PM] IcePickLobotomy: He nods and hands John a taser.
  162. [6:55 PM] John: grimaces, not wanting to use that kind of force
  163. [6:55 PM] IcePickLobotomy: he motions to the gash on his face.
  164. [6:56 PM] John: nods and moves to follow the trail
  165. [6:57 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @John You manage to track down Robin to a set of tight crates, just wide enough for you to squeze past if you hunch your shoulders. You turn the corner and come across Robin hunched over.
  166. [6:58 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Robin You're atteniton on your "work" is distrubed as John appears around the corner like a ghost.
  167. [6:58 PM] John: grabs robin in an attempt to stop her from doing any more harm
  168. [7:00 PM] John: "Artyom, help me out here!"
  169. [7:01 PM] Robin: struggles out of Johns grasp and makes another run for it
  170. [7:01 PM] IcePickLobotomy: Artyom fires off his taser, the twin diodes skip off the walls of a nearby crate as a few droplets of blood get into his eyes at the wrong moment
  171. [7:01 PM] John: grabs his taser and aims to fire
  172. [7:02 PM] John: whiffs after putting too much weight on the slick floor
  173. [7:03 PM] Robin: runs for it, headed back to the stairs.
  174. [7:04 PM] John: slips on a patch of blood trying to get up to take chase
  175. [7:04 PM] John: "Artyom get after her, I'm right behind you!"
  176. [7:05 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @John you follow the trail of blood stains (More than a few droplets now). You hear the report of a shotgun near a doorway.
  177. [7:06 PM] John: Nothing moves a man quite like gunshots. John puts every bit of spring he can muster into his step.

[7:07 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @John a few moments later you see Robin, she's out on the ground as a security team and a pair of nurses are loading her onto a gurney and putting her into a straight jacket. "Sir!" One of the security members snaps off a salute "Pilot Evans recovered and secured without serious injury." he says to Artyom
  179. [7:08 PM] John: throws his hands on his legs and starts panting "Where did that gunshot come from?" John asks between pants
  180. [7:09 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Shotgun with bean bag rounds." He motions to a crumpled bean-bag round on the floor.

  182. [7:09 PM] John: looks surprised for a second before also asking "Can one of you help him out, too?" He motions to Artyom's bloody face
  183. [7:10 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "I'm fine." Artyom snaps "I'll drop by medical once Robin is stowed away." One of the nurses looks like he wants to argue but a stern glare makes him shy away.
  184. [7:11 PM] John: "Are you going to escort her?"
  185. [7:12 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "We've gotten some sedatives into her system, she'll be out for the next several hours at least."
  186. [7:12 PM] John: "And when she wakes up?"
  187. [7:13 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Psycological evaulation."
  188. [7:14 PM] John: "Keep her secured...She..." John trails off, not sure what to sya next
  189. [7:14 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "We know." The nurse says, eyes glancing up to Artyom's bloody face "We're trained for this."
  190. [7:17 PM] John: shoots a look to Artyom as well "At least get a bandage, blood doesn't look good on you."
  191. [7:18 PM] IcePickLobotomy: He makes the sound of a stilborn chuckle "Doesn't look good on anyone. Come on, let's head back."

  194. [8:24 PM] IcePickLobotomy: @Arina A Few Days Later. There's a knock at your door.
  195. [8:27 PM] Arina: blinks, looking up. "Yes?"
  196. [8:30 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "It's Schofield, wanted to let you know I've got your mother and older siste a secure line to contact you in a half hour."
  197. [8:38 PM] Arina: "Oh! That sounds nice, thank you! Er, how secure?"
  198. [8:39 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "As secure as we can arrange it. Probably best you don't tell them exact details of what's going on, but you can give them the broad strokes of why we had to move them."
  199. [8:43 PM] Arina: nods. "Where are they right now? On the way to safety?"
  200. [8:44 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "They're in Mexico, at a summer house I purchased with some ah. . . well the bank will get traced back to Sweden and hit a dead end."
  201. [8:46 PM] Arina: just gives him a look, hands on her hips. "Did you literally just use the accounts of someone you killed for your work?"
  202. [8:47 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "No, I used my own personal funds. I'm one of those big bad nobles that Mr. Marx hated so much afterall."
  203. [8:48 PM] Arina: "Well, you are British, those are all nobles, right?"
  204. [8:48 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Just some of us."
  205. [8:51 PM] Arina: nods. "Fair enough."
  206. [9:14 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Besides, if you kill someone it's best to not even touch their accounts."

  210. [9:16 PM] IcePickLobotomy: And almost exactly a half hour later the phone in your room starts to ring.
  211. [9:16 PM] Arina: picks it up. "Hey."
  212. [9:18 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Arina," Roza's voice speaks up, sharp and laced with worry and anger "What the fuck is going on?! I'm at my shift one day when some strange men show up and tell me I need to go with them or else I'm in danger. Are we hostages? What the hell are you doing?"
  213. [9:22 PM] Arina: sighs. "You got picked up so you won't be hostages. I can't give you all the details, but there's a conspiracy within METI planning some very ugly things."
  214. [9:22 PM] Arina: "A few of our allies got you out so they won't target you to get at me."
  215. [9:23 PM] IcePickLobotomy: There is a very long pause, long enough for you to worry the connection got dropped before Roza speaks again "Well, that is., well that explains why we're somewhere nice."

  221. [9:34 PM] IcePickLobotomy: You hear her opening a bottle on the other end before taking a long drink. "Right. Ok. Fine. Fine. My little sisters are fighting against a conspiracy of poeple looking to take over the world. Fine! I'm just fine with that! Everything is ok."

  227. "No, but I'm not going to panic over this. Go sit down for a few minutes, I'd like to talk to Arisha while you do."

  229. [9:39 PM] IcePickLobotomy: You hear the phone change hands. "Hello Arina, how are you?" Your mother asks
  230. [9:40 PM] Arina: "Well, I'm keeping. How are you two doing?"
  231. [9:41 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Well Roza is worried sick, rather stressed, and somewhat upset that she's been pulled away from the hospital, but she'll manage. I'm doing well too. A Mr. Hunter explained things to me on the way to the air-port."
  232. [9:42 PM] Arina: nods. "I haven't met him, but I've heard mostly good things about him." With one dissent.
  233. [9:43 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Well if he was some sort of thug type he was awfully polite at least."
  234. [9:47 PM] Arina: nods. "Special forces." She sighs. "Sorry about all this."
  235. [9:48 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Dear, I lived through the plague and civil war, this is far from the worse thing I've had to deal with."

  264. [10:40 PM] Arina: "So do I. This is all going to be over one way or the other soon."

  266. [10:42 PM] Arina: smiles. "Rather well. We're taking things slowly."

  328. [7:08 PM] Arina: "... you heard what they're going to do, right?"
  329. [7:08 PM] John: catches up, breathing angrily
  330. [7:09 PM] Arina: nods to John, face expressionless.
  331. [7:09 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "Yes. We are aware of Colonel Klemenko's orders pertaining to the treatment of Pilot Evans."
  332. [7:09 PM] Arina: "... what is your opinion on it?"
  333. [7:10 PM] IcePickLobotomy: "We have no reached a consensus. Such treatment is not conducive to longer term mental well-being of pilot Evans. However Pilot Evan's presence increases the liklihood of operational success significantly."

  335. [7:11 PM] Arina: "Remember, morale is always an issue."
