To write stories is to bring me peace
To write stories is to drag me to Hell
My characters are full of detail
My characters are better than me
The world I make is my oyster
The world I make is not of my own
You are making the words flow easily
You are making the words drain me
If I write, I can escape
If I write, I’m trapped
I write to see you smile
I write to ignore my pain
The words I make will free my mind
The words I make will wither my psyche
It’s all for you
It’s not for me
I am the writer that will bring you clarity
I am the writer that will fall into despair
The tale I weave will please the world
The tale I weave will haunt my dreams
I will be the one to give you life anew
I will be the one to give my life for you
I hope my stories will awaken you
