▋PERSONALITY ¦
		↳ IF anyone met ahn seoyeon, they would immediately be greeted by her chill aura, resting bitch face and a cool, calculating gaze. that being said, their first impressions of her aren't always that great. instead they'd find a cheeky girl, playful by nature and incredibly smart, maybe a bit of an attention seeker, if they take the time to get to know her. seoyeon may be smart and all but being curious has led her to all sorts of trouble; she's a walking magnet for trouble. her friends have trouble keeping up with her childish antics and she loves to act dumb and naive to tease them. when she's alone, she loves to read science magazines, sci-fi novels or tinker around with parts of old machinery she has acquired over the years - from scrap heaps to junk sales - you name it, she's got it. quite often described as the typical mad scientist stereotype, she's always suggesting weird and crazy ideas to make and how it could be achievable. however when faced with problems, she has a habit of always approaching it from a scientific way, breaking it down and finding solutions for each part systematically, that even her friends claim she's secretly a robot. she has some difficulty expressing her negative emotions and tries to suppress them, believing that her friends will leave her if she shows them that side. honestly seoyeon just needs someone to hold her and tell her that if her friends aren't going to accept everything about her, then they don't deserve to be called her friends.
▋CHILDHOOD BACKGROUND ¦
		↳ BEING raised in a family full of mad scientists, they were only focused on making money and creating wonderful things in labs that the children were largely ignored. it was considered quite rare for someone in their family to raise a family because being a scientist is very time-consuming. seoyeon's family were intellects who valued knowledge above love and she constantly found herself under pressure to impress them. for as long as she could remember, seoyeon always had a knack for putting random scrap pieces of metal together to form figures and her aunt encouraged her to 'put a little life into it'. of course she didn't mean the frankenstein's doll sort of life, but she helped seoyeon put together something basic to animate the figures into robots. encouraged by her aunt's praise, she started to crave it more from her parents until the point where she got scared that they will leave her if she ever disappointed them. nobody ever told her that science is largely trial and error and a fail fest.
▋FAMILY BACKGROUND ¦
		↳ BOTH her parents, ahn jungmin and kim dahee, studied cell development as students and worked with embryos. they met on a collaboration project between 2 partner companies and subsequently fell in love. seoyeon was born an only child who just got by on the attention she received because of the 'scientist blood' running in her.

▋HOW DOES SHE HANDLE KIDS? ¦ SEOYEON may not enjoy being around children a lot; she gets easily flustered around them and tends to spoil them as she doesn't know how to deal with them. most of the time, she attempts to keep the child occupied for as long as possible with new things to play with but if toys don't work then she'd put on a movie. she's also absolutely soft for a child's whining and can't bring herself to resist the cute charm of a child. being raised in a family that barely gave attention, she knew herself that she shouldn't ignore them if they wanted attention.
