I think I should be staff because I am always positive and open-minded while trying to be kind and help others in the issues they have. I used to be a bit mad whenever people were toxic to me for no understandable reason but now I see there is no point of being negative it just adds to the problem and now I try to be positive and happy, knowing a calm temperament is better for each situation.
    I've been playing for 4 months so I usually have the correct answers for questions regarding commands and what some items do. I also actively watch chat and help lobby to see if new or older players have any questions and I answer them the best I can.
I have also remembered all the rules on the server and on discord, and all the punishments associated with them and have also thought of some situations for example, where a new player are breaking chat rules like caps and have thought what type of chat rules are first worth a verbalization warn like stop and which arent.
    I consider myself to be helpful and kind to new and older players, I try to be helpful to newer players telling them what enchant is good to start off with and answering their questions if they have any and just being kind in general so they can stick around to the server more. Me being helpful and kind to other players makes myself being more approachable for help.
    I am also quite active on the server and I am learning a lot of new things about the server each time I join which gives me an advantage in helping other people because I have gotten through their stage of not knowing the commands and what certain items do and I could help them.
    An advantage I have over other people who are applying is that before I take a decision in a situation or a problem I think to myself what would some staff members do in this situation? Then I think what they would do and what I would to see what differences we have in looking at problems and trying to find a solution. I also see what pros Wolvien for example, would have looking into situations and problems and what cons he would also have to see what makes staff really different.
    The server has also helped me a lot whenever I was going through tough times, and I want to do the same by helping out other players not jsut in game but mentally too.
