Arjuna gains spider sense

The procedure goes just as smoothly as it always goes...at least at first. One thing you wanted though-and this was based largely off of reading those American Spider-Man comics-was a Spider Sense. Unfortunately in science there's no real equivalent to the Spider Sense that Spider-Man possesses; real spiders had a tremor sense for when things disturbed their webs while they themselves were on it and could detect even vibrations in the wind by how the webs shifted, but the closest thing to a Spider Sense was actually certain flys' utterly insane reaction time. So you decided to work up your own.
You weren't...quite successful. What you ended up with was an incredibly precise pressure-sense. You could detect incredibly tiny shifts in atmospheric pressure with ease, and this particular sense was utterly divorced from your sense of touch so you didn't get the two mixed up. It felt like a mixture between proprioception and instinct; you actually had to construct an entire new section of your brain-and fold the existing sections in very specific ways-so you could process the information from your new sense effectively. It's not quite a Spider Sense given how you couldn't see threats in the future, but this limited form of omnicognition that let you see in incredible detail in 360 degrees at all times and react to even the slightest movements was about as close as you were going to get you supposed.
