↳ One could say Xiaoyue’s life is and was pretty normal.

Born at the 11th of November in the year of 2000, Hu Xiaoyue’s family got a lot of attention due to their very visually pleasing genes. Even before she was born, her brother, Hu Yitian, got a lot of attention for being so… handsome. Xiaoyue did get some attention too, a lot of them saying she’ll grow up into a very elegant looking girl. She did.

Their family took this as a sign that they were made to be famous stars. Of course, their parents them first what their dreams were. 12 year old Yitian answered he wanted to be a star, whether it was being a model, actor or singer. 5 year old Xiaoyue immediately answered she wanted to try ballet, and that she wanted to be an artist too. Xiaoyue then took ballet and art lessons.

To say their parents were happy and proud is an understatement, because when they heard that they totally approved of what they wanted, and they were very very supportive.


《HER SCHOOL DAYS》
↳ Despite Yue being very quiet and shy, she made some friends, one of them including Huang Renjun.

Heck, a lot of girls chased after Yitian, and some even had the audacity to “make friends” with Xiaoyue just to be able to see and interact with his brother. Some thought Xiaoyue was a loser but decided to pretend like they wanted to be friends with her anyways, just for their crush.

Xiaoyue went through a lot of fake friends and shit, and sometimes it made her really tired and she wishes it could stop some day.

SNSD made their official debut in 2007, with Into the New World when she was 7 years old. She automatically became a fan of them and she considered Taeyeon as her role model and bias.

Although originally a ballet dancer and an artist, Xiaoyue also developed a passion for singing and has been covering songs, both Chinese and Korean. Ever since she stanned SNSD she became a K-Pop fan, her two favorite groups being SNSD and Super Junior. Her love for K-Pop then became the bridge for her to try singing more, and at the age of 11 she has been teaching herself how to speak Korean already.

Suddenly she felt the urge to make her own name after a few years. Slowly she wanted to become just like the groups she stannedㅡ a K-Pop idol.

That’s when Renjun suggested they should go and try for SM.

《ROAD TO STARDOM》
↳  Renjun passed. She didn’t, and it was kind of heartbreaking.

She lived a normal life after, focusing more into art. She has won various art contests, either the champion or consolation prizes. She also practiced ballet more, and then she also tried to produce music and she still actually runs a mash-up channel just for fun. That was what she did for fun. Art, ballet and rapping plus producing her own music. Other than that she’s been working hard with her Korean and it came to the point that she doesn’t need subtitles anymore.

And then one day, when she was walking her way home, something unexpected happened. A stranger claimed they were from Starship and they were casting trainees. Although reluctant, she decided to accept it. She had to go through an audition and shit, and it was so quick for her.

In the blink of an eye, she became an Starship trainee. She had to go to Korea of course. At first she didn’t have friends since she was just quiet, however, she found her small circle of friends where she feels like she belongs…

↳ In her free time, you’d most likely catch Yue painting or sketching. It’s a way to relax herself after having to constantly deal with the hectic schedule of being a trainee or idolㅡ especially since trainee/idol. She carries a sketchbook around with her to write down the prompts she gets, inspired by people, objects, or scenery so that she can create something from it later on. Xiaoyue has developed the talent to the point where she could sell her work for a good amount of cash, but would much rather hang them up in a mini gallery dedicated to her work, if possible.

↳ Xiaoyue is known for being level-headed, and always keeps her cool even if someone says something that she’s absolutely against. She feels that it’s no good to lose that calmness you had if someone says or does such a thing since more times than not, they’ll laugh at you, thinking that you got mad at some insignificant thing when really, it means a lot to you.

↳ Xiaoyue’s quiet. And it's because she’s shy. She chooses her words when she talks and she ends up with none, because she often overthinks. She thinks that this joke sucks and it’s lame and people might bash her or mock her about it, which makes her decide to give up and just keep quiet instead. Although she does try her best to talk more, her words are always limited, and she isn’t always able to say what she wants to, unfortunately.

↳ This is attributed to Yue’s “artist hands”, which always move with such gentleness and grace whenever she paints or draws. The lass would never hurt a fly, and always takes great care to make sure she isn’t hurting anyone when she touches them. This also gives Xiaoyue a sort of elegant air to her, you’d think she’s a part of a royal family or something when she moves.

↳ Xiaoyue dreams big, and her main goals in life are being a notorious idol or a prominent ballet dancer or artist. Other than that, she has a lot of goals and aspirations she wants to achieve (like escaping her nightmare or finding the right guy for her). She’s the type of person who firmly wants to fulfill her goals in life, and she’s never gonna stop until she achieves that goal. She can be somehow an ambitious person. She will never be satisfied without fulfilling those goals, and she usually daydreams about achieving them. ↳ An ambivert is a half introvert and half extrovert, which describes Xiaoyue pretty well. She’s quite friendly and has a few number of friends, but at the same time she’s somehow a wallflower. Since she’s an artist, she gets losts in the world of art and ballet sometimes and she would often sketch when she feels like being alone.

● MASH-UPSㅡ she just likes them, and she likes making them. She actually runs a mash-up channel in Youtube.

○ PLUSH TOYS ㅡ she’s honestly a fragile little girl you need to protect, and it’s pretty obvious she still sleeps with her plush toys.

● TEKKEN ㅡ Tekken is obviously her favorite game. It just makes her feel so strong even if she isn’t, plus, the game’s fun to play with.

○ BALLET ㅡ she took ballet classes ever since she was young. This is one of her passions, other than singing and the arts.

“Moomin who?” she asks, furrowing her eyebrows as she tilts her head. Little did Xiaoyue know Moomin was the character of the plush toy she’s currently hugging. “Someone threw this to me and hit me in the face! It even made me drop my candy! THAT WAS MY LAST!”

“That’s Moomin! My Moomin stuffed toy!” the unknown lad points at the white stuffed toy. “But whatever. I’ll just give it to you, I have lots anyways… but I think a Snorkmaiden stuffed toy is better for you! That’s like, Moomin’s girlfriend or something! I’m sorry for throwing Moomin at you… There was a frog so I was scared… Anyways, I have a lot of candies! Do you want to play together tomorrow?”
