Nectarine mead recipe

Mead (Nectarine):
Almond essence - 2 fl dr
Mead extract - 1 1/2 fl oz
Raspberry juice - 3 fl oz
Orange juice - 6 fl oz
Orange flower water - 1 fl oz
Rose water - 8 fl oz
Solution of citric acid - 1 fi dr
Syrup enough to make - 64 fl oz

Solution of citric acid:
Citric acid - 8 oz
Water - enough to make 16 fl oz
Dissolve and filter

Mead extract:
Nutmeg - 30g
Black pepper - 30g
Sassafras bark - 120g
Pimento - 1/2 oz
Cloves - 1/2 oz
Cinnamon - 1/2 oz
Ginger - 1 oz
Soap bark - 1 oz
Sugar - 4 lb
Orange essence - 2 fl dr
Lemon essence - 4 fl dr
Vanilla extract - 5 fl dr
Water - sufficient
Reduce the drugs to a coarse powder, boil with 32 fluidounces of water for 10 minutes and filter. Boil the drugs with more water for a few minutes, filter again, and add enough water through the filter, if necessary, to make 32 fluidounces of filtrate. In the latter dissolve the sugar, strain and add the essences.
