- Your Habbo name
- The date of birth entered when the Habbo account was registered
- Past email addresses registered on your Habbo account (***please note we need the first ever email and the latest one you entered, we will not reset without these***)
- Your ISP (Internet Service Provider). This is the company you pay for your Internet access
- If you have bought credits (yes/no)
- If you have, when and for how many?
- How did you buy Habbo Credits? (SMS, Credit or Debit card etc.)
- If you bought be home phone or SMS please supply your phone number
- If you purchased by prepaid card or Credit/Debit card please supply the email used for that purchase
- The names of any other Habbo accounts you may have on your latest email AND your original email on them
- Any other information you think is important in this matter
