<font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="white">The Department of Community Affairs is currently looking for a Lead Advisory Moderator. If you were to take on the task of being the Lead Advisory Moderator, your tasks would include:</font>
<b><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="gree"><ul>
<li>Hiring Community Advisors into the advisory team.</li>
<li>Overseeing and management of the Community Helper team.</li>
<li>Assessing and reporting the performance and quality of work within the advisory and helper team.</li>
<li>Ensuring the Advisory/Helper program runs smoothly.</li>
<li>Staffing and working with your advisory moderators.</li>
</ul></font></b><br>

<font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="white">The requirements in order to be eligible in applying for this position include:
<ul>
<li>Being fluent in the English language, both orally and gramatically.</li>
<li>Holding the rank of <font color="gree"><b>General Administrator</b></font> or higher. (or Week 5+ of path)</li>
<li>Willing to commit to a minimum of 2 months to the position.</li>
<li>A decent amount of online activity on your part.</li>
