Have you got any experience in moderating minecraft servers: To start off with I am not a staff hunter, I do not go around different servers asking/applying for staff I have just been staff on a few servers as I have been playing Mine Craft for quite some time now. The First server I was ever staff on is called Instant-craft it is quite a small server but gets players. I started off at instant craft by playing for a couple hours, I then decided that i love the server enough to apply and dedicate my time and effort in, after 2 days of my application being open I got an email from the Owner (Minecraftkid45) saying that i had been accepted as a staff member on Instant-Craft I was then given Helper as a rank to start off with. I was helper for around 2 weeks which shows I have full understanding of how to help players or people on servers, After the role of being a helper i was promoted to the rank Mod, When I received mod i was very excited as it was the first server I had ever been staff on, Having mod for around 3 weeks shows that i have a better understanding of Helping players and starting to look into hackers and cheaters; hackers/cheaters where a big thing on instant craft back when it was in early stages which opened a new door to get some experience in catching hackers and banning them rightfully and fairly. I would never just ban a cheater or hacker without giving them a fair chance to show there not hacking (I would do this by screen sharing them). After being a mod on instant craft for 2 and a half weeks the Owner decided that i had done well at being a mod and thought it would be appropriate to to give me a promotion to Admin, This really shows that i have a lot of experience in Helping a community and banning a few hackers along the way. I also am good at the chat, in the way that i can deal with spammers or advertisers well enough. Admin was a long journey for me in the way that i was Admin for quite a long time which i can understand because Admin is a very high rank for a server and can do a lot of things that would be bad for the server but after about 3 months of being Admin I was finally given the promotion to Head-Admin; at Head-Admin i stood at the top of all the Admins and a lot of the staff team. Head-Admin was almost the highest rank you can get on Instant craft which the highest staff rank you can achieve is Co-Owner which is really hard to get and you have to work very hard to even have a chance to get the promotion to, this would be because Co-Owner has full access to everything to do with the server and is a very high rank in the sever community. After Head-Admin (which i was for about 1 month) i was given a very high rank of OP or operator which i am sure you know what that is but if you don’t then it is the time in your staff time that you get full access to everything on server side all the permissions to every pluggin; this shows that the Owner has full trust in me and can trust me with such a high rank all these promotions mean that i am getting better at being a staff member and preparing me for maybe a time as staff that is very hard to handle (something like a hacker that is coming onto the server hacking then getting an alt and a vpn) which is harder to deal with as they could have unlimited alts. After OP or operator i was promoted to Manger which is head of all the staff and is able to give promotions and demotions. This is the rank below Co-Owner and Owner. I was staff position Manager for about 4-5 months until I was finally given that last promotion you can get which Is Co-Owner which is the rank i currently stand at. in conclusion Instant craft has opened a new door for me in a way for learning. I have learnt over my time at instant craft how to help people. deal with chat (spammers or advertisers) and of course hackers. There is 2 servers that i have been staff on the 1st being Instant craft and the second is called Craft-it. Craftit has also been another great opportunity for me in becoming a better staff member and helping more people. Craftit is a server with many different mini games such has duels, skywars, survival and more. This can show that I am good at going into different games and stopping hackers or anything that could wreck the time of other players’ maybe in chat or in game. I started off on craftit by playing for a couple of hours and loving the server resulting in applying to become a staff member. I applied and the application was reviewed and accepted within 5 minutes, i was given the staff rank Helper and straight away started to help the community into a free of negative things such as Spammers or the people that just want to cause trouble, Even though the rank Helper hasn't got very many perms on most servers i was still able to do my job. All though I didn't have perms to do /ban or /tempban i was still able to report players and get enough proof for a higher up staff member to deal with that player. After Helper i was given the promotion too Moderator which shows that i have been a good staff member and worked my way up to a higher rank. Moderator was really where I really became dedicated even though i was at Helper i became even more attatched to the server and played almost 24/7. Mod was a hard rank to get another promotion because there were 3 other mods at the time of me being a moderator (this is not saying staff in a completion) but I stood clearly out from those 3 and even though getting promoted after the other 3 mods I was still promoted before them. I liked to help the server grow into more mini games and often recommended different plugins and ways to config plugins to try and grow the server even more so i was given the choice of either being promoted from a mod to a Jr.dev or being promoted from a mod to a Admin, i love the idea of plugins and I love to config them in different ways to stand out from other servers maybe using the same plugins, so I decided to choose Jr.dev I was given Jr.dev and within 3 weeks was given dev Which is a lot of trust from a player that has just come from a mod To a player now with OP and full access to the console. I’m not going to include the server IPS in the staff application but if you need them just dm me on discord. I think all of these servers gave me a lot of experience in moderating minecraft communities and would certainly help me with applying for staff on ToxicMC.

Why should we accept you over other applicants: I think I should be accepted over other applicants because I have a lot of experience as a staff member, I could bring a lot to the server in a positive way. For example I would keep the hackers away so the server would remain fun for every single player. I would also keep the chat clean from people like spammers or people that just want to ruin other players experiences. I would also keep the advertisers away so we keep all the players at Toxic.
If there was one thing you would change to Toxic what would it be: I do not have any suggested as of now but if I ever thought of any I would know who to tell the idea to.

Scenarios please explain in detail what you would do in each situation:

1) You are the only staff member on the server and you are recording a hacker, all of a sudden the questions become overwhelming and you can't answer them all. What do you do: First of all I would make sure to record the hacker or if it really came to it I would ask a couple of players to do it too, I would try to answer as many questions as I could making sure to get the evidence of the hacker, if the questions got too much I would politely ask them to join the server discord and ask another member of staff if I was not able to get them to join I would message a couple members of staff to come onto the server and help me out. (Before getting a player to record to help me I would try to get another staff member to do it). I would message a couple of staff because if one of them doesn't reply then i've got a couple of staff to help me I would message around 5 staff members if there were a lot of players asking, if all of that fails my main priority would be to record the hacker and make sure that I get the evidence I need. I would then proseed to scroll through chat and answer all questions if I missed a question I would put in chat 'sorry I wasn't able to answer your questions earlier if I missed one please don't hesitate to put it in chat again just don't spam it'.

2) Someone has just found a ground-breaking bug and is abusing it, you have also noticed a lot of people have suddenly got rich what would you do: In this scenario the firts thing I would do is tell a higher member of staff most likely the dev so he could get it fixed right away, the people that had got rich recently I would first ask how they got all their money if they tell me a legit way they got their money I would still take note of their name in case if they told me that they cheated it I would punish them accordingly

3) A fellow staff member is bullying you or making your time as staff hard how would you handle it: I would first ask him why he was acting like he is towards me if I could not sort it with that staff member I would tell a higher staff member.
