GTV

- Different POVs so that spectators can choose which player/angle to spectate by themselves
- Possibility to define camera views on certain map
	   * Predefine a camera position showing the flags on tp, for example
- Developed chat systeme: admins can chat with Spectators + players in game
- Fix for the map reload/change bug which CIs the camera
- Fix the dressingroom-cycle that starts when data's buffered
- User moderation tools
           * Mute a client by IP/username/ID
- Proper GTV logging
- More user friendly interface for spectators
- User support instead of a single admin/camera password
           * different GTV admins/cameramen accounts would make GTVs team much easier
- Reserved slots on GTV servers
           * sometimes the GTV servers are quite popular, which means spectators will fill them up. If the cameran gets diconnected (and often this happens, due to some bugs), he won't be able to reconnect
