I hadn't been to a concert from my own doing in forever, and I went last night to see Lights. I didn't have anyone to go with (either couldn't or wouldn't, not that I asked many) and just figured I'd go anyway, never gone to a concert by myself. Show was awesome, she's a really good live performer. It was very noticeable during breaks between bands that it was like 90%+ couples there and kinda made me feel out of place but during music I didn't really give a shit. Had a good time.
Would rather have gone with someone else, but summary of experience is not to let not having someone else to go with stop me from going to see a concert I really wanna see. Definitely would have missed out. Need to go to more.
