Learn to use all the mod and bot commands and have their documentation handy.
If your mod team is really relying on you, let them know when you leave or will have a leave of absense.
Never allow yourself to be trapped into a numerical or absolute rule set (i.e: spamming is x messages in a minute). Some cases require a more immediate response from staff.
Never disagree with the any staff in public. Don't lose your cool with anyone else either, this includes randoms you meet in matchmaking while representing XPULZ or XPUBG.
Don't let yourself get dragged into a shitstorm in chat. You always have to be the better person when it comes to handling members.
Personal rules: No spam, deceptive links, doxing, racism/homophobia/sexism/whatever, threats of violence, or verbal abuse.

-Serious Violations:
Using obscene or vulgar language
Referencing illegal activities or drugs
Advertising third-party companies, software, websites, or services

-Severe Violations:
Threatening someone with real-life violence or harm
Distributing someone’s real-life information (name, address, phone number, etc...)
Referencing sexual or violent acts
Promoting or alluding to racial, political, ethnic, or national hatred
Insulting or negatively portraying someone based on their religion or sexual orientation

Real-Life Information and Threats
Our players’ safety is one of our highest priorities. We will not tolerate real-life threats or distribution of personal information in our games. We apply severe penalties when a real-life threat is made and we may also engage local law enforcement to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
