Description: Ahmad, who was previously arrested for assault December 2016, was riding in an elevator with the victim, when he began shouting at the victim: “White people suck. I hate white people. White people are the source of my problems”. When the elevator reached the ground floor and the doors opened, Ahmad punched the victim several times, before fleeing the scene.
