Biological: Your stats are now 58 times greater than Peak Human Capability!

Your Spiritual Bones have improved and trans-humanized to the point of being nigh-on indestructible spiritual armor for the rest of your soul and their Foundational aspects have increased to the point that you now, for all intents and purposes, register as a universal constant!

Nervous System: Your nerves underwent Mitosis, developed a redundant nervous system, and took the idea of Mirror Neurons and ran with it. You now have approx. 20 Quadrillion Magic Circuits and can now host any thaumaturgic Element that you've been exposed to. There was also a negligible improvement to Active Oscillation, but you didn't even notice it.

Muscle System: Can now act with 10-times as much strength and speed as your physical body at any given time, repair both your body and soul with mere thought or time, instantly rejuvenate yourself with a small surge of Od/Prana, and utilize Prana Burn on your soul at no cost and for however long you like.

The circulation and purification of Od within your soul has increased to the point that you are now generating many times more Od with each spiritual heartbeat, which instantly diverts itself to increasing the potency and strength of your soul. Repairs to your soul's existence are instant and absolute, and you've gained a highly-limited form of spiritual Adaptive Regeneration that serves only to make it so you can never be damaged by something that has damaged you before without altering the fundamental traits of your soul. Small drawback: You no longer generate bodily Od. All usable Od is generated via Core. On the other hand, you can now use any Od-manipulation Technique with your soul at no cost!

Lungs: You took inspiration from Saber and improved your Magic Core to utterly insane degrees. You no longer generate 50 Od every ten minutes. You generate 5 Od every second. Your conversion rate has jumped from 1:5000 to 1:50,000,000 with your core. And your storage capacity is, as always, unlimited. You have ideas for something even further beyond...but that's for later.

Skin: The AT Field that is your soul's skin is quite literally unbreakable and irresistible regardless of the strength of your Ego. Anything that can still break past the idea of 'unbreakable' or can resist the 'irresistible' are then forced to pit their own strength/ego against your own. If you can think of an AT Field usage, then Arjuna can manage it nigh-effortlessly.
Psionic Platform: You can now host an additional Reality Marble aside from Creation Without Limit.

Macro-Organs: You regressed and assimilated the vast majority of these on second thought, and instead worked to create the organ version of Stem Cells. You succeeded. You can now instantly form any new Spiritual Organ you have designed as a Contemporary/Daily action, refine old ones with new designs, and host as many Spiritual Structures as you like.

Lymphatic System: On a spiritual level your Origin is now constantly active, and every four months you'll gain the results of an automatic Spiritual Optimization without even having to waste an action. Note that the vast majority of these Optimizations will be minuscule without major changes to your soul's structure beforehand.

Genetics: Compared to what you have now, your first attempts at a Spiritual Structure are utterly pathetic. You now re-corporate in a maximum of 10,000 years, require a mere 10 to return to full power, and can now host 10 Biological Traits in your soul rather than your body.

History: Just a bit of re-organizing.

Fundamental Concepts: You didn't even need to do anything, your Lymphatic System is doing all the work for you. It's also replacing certain concepts with similar but non-Gaian concepts such that your soul is 'encrypted' to entities of Gaian origin.
