Name: F.A.T.E

What are they?: An organization that pioneered cybertech & ‘super soldiers’. FATE stands for “The Frontal Alliance of Technological Evolution”.

Status: Members of FATE are either jailed or scattered about. Labs were abandoned.

Notable gear: Cybertech and Weaponry

FATE was once a powerful organization of scientists and researches that produced numerous pieces of technology. Originally the go-to organization for weapons or augments, and was known for its high-end cybertech that was both safe and efficient.

Unfortunately the main laboratory was destroyed(three months from the events that happen now), and later the company was exposed for its illegal human experimentation. Needless to say those who worked in the labs are now either jailed or living a life of crime.

NOTABLE NPCs

Traven Zavelta: The owner and leading professor of FATE. Shortly after his company's collapse, he was thrown in the slammer.

GENESIS: GENESIS was a super soldier created by FATE, and served the company as a mercenary of sorts. Known for being a hero, she disappeared shortly before the destruction of FATE’s main laboratory.

OTHER PEOPLE: You’ll probably know more if you're associated with the company. Otherwise, your character wouldn’t know much else other than the above.

Name: Shiftink, The Faceless, Dakink, Shiftdot, among many other names.

What are they?: A well known vigilante activist group known for both their sense of humor and ability to pretty much do whatever they want. Most of the members hand in criminals or report crimes to the police personally, before ‘apprehending’ them themselves should the government fail to do its job. In short, they carry out random operations that they deem necessary for ‘cleansing’ the city.

Status: Active

Notable Gear: Face masks that replace their visage with whatever the user desires; typically shifting inkblots.

Not much is too well known about Shiftink; though common knowledge is that the  activist group most likely began over the internet. The activist group is known for both their sense of humor and justice, doing whatever they want for either a good laugh, or for 'cleansing the city’. Due to the elusiveness of the group, the government rarely manages to track any of the members.

NOTABLE NPCs

Rorschach: The leader of the activist group; not much else is known about Rorschach, save for the fact s/he likely has a strong sense of justice. Rorschach is known world wide for a variety of things: From the anonymity to the ability to make an enormous impact upon Tivrasus, all the while keeping his/her identity down to a distorted voice, and shifting blots of ink.

Like his group, Rorschach goes by several names such as: Doctor Ink, Shift, etc.

Name: Blue Nova Corps

What are they?: An organization known for providing cybertech and private military contracting.

Status: Active

Notable Gear: Blue Nova cybertech.

Though not nearly as popular as other corporations, Blue Nova hosts large buildings where people can go through the procedure of augmentation.

More importantly, it’s a very well-known PMC, with influence spanning world-wide. It was originally heavily associated with FATE, which provided the company with its cybertech. Unfortunately after FATE’s collapse, some rules were forced to be changed, and some mercenaries in the company were jailed due to the atrocities committed in the labs.


NOTABLE NPCS

Avery ‘Nids’ Foxwell: Leader of the Blue Nova Corps; Avery inherited Blue Nova from his father. Before Blue Nova was used for augmentation, it was a simple PMC that essentially threw mercenaries wherever money directed them. Ever since he took over as CEO, the company flourished shortly after Avery placed a large amount of the group’s funding into cybertech research & development, causing Blue Nova to rise as a new, albeit popular company to order augmentations.

He gains his nickname from the Nidhog, a type of predatory pack animal often found in the open plains outside of Hindon

Name: REACH; Robotic Enhancement And Computerized Health

What are they?: A multinational company founded in Dang-Lu.

Status: Active

Notable Gear: Cybertech & Anti-Rejection drugs

	REACH was found just only a few years after the development of human augmentation. Augments were known for their ill side effects; Sing Kwan had envisioned a long chain of clinics and hospitals designed specifically for carefully inserting and managing augments. His company quickly rose to popularity, and soon was found across the world for the sake of either helping those interested in augments, or  helping the augmented cope with their new found prowess.

	REACH clinics provide maintenance or drugs to the augmented. Those who wish to receive augments almost always head to a REACH Clinic in order to receive them.

NOTABLE NPCS

Sing Kwan: Sing is currently 70 years old; he found the company around 45 years ago, which quickly gave him the status as one of the richest men in the world.
