So firstly, terrain. You have small amounts of it, but that's fine. The only thing I'd suggest would be to 'decorate' the outside terrain slightly more. This could be through the use of custom cacti, maybe some small grass/oasis areas, maybe mix some other block types in with the sand, light clay colours, or endstone etc.

Secondly, organics. Like I said, some custom cacti outside could be nice. The organics you do have look really great though! I like the tree in the centre a lot.

Lastly, structures. I like the statues you have. Small scale statues are hard to make cx I also really do like the design of your structure! You have great depth and nice detail, but not enough small detail in some areas, like on the sides. You could also include some more detailing on the inside walls of the building!
